"SCHOOL POLICY" (RULES AND REGULATION)

1.All stdent are expected to show courteous behavior toward each other faculty and
staff, and visitors.
2.Alttendance and promptness to school and all classes are compulsory.
3.Class cutting will not be tolerated.
4.Hall traffic should move freely during passing time, and these should be no loitering in
hall, bsthrooms and officers.
5.In order to promote safety, stdents should go only to those sections of the building
where they have been scheduled.
6.Radio, ipods; tape recorders, cd players, cameras and other electronics devices
should not be brought to school.
7.Students should not trespass at other schools.
8.In order to avoid disorderly or dangerous situations, students should follow direction
from teachers in class or other school personnel.
9.Gang and gang-like activity will not be tolerated.
10.No gang-related paraphernalia is permitled.
11.Cursing, threatening people, fighting and attacking people are prohibited.
12.Gambling, stealing and destroying property are prohibited.
13.Smoking in the building or on school grounds is prohibited.
14.Wearing hats and doo rags are not allowed.
15.Students are expected to dress appropriately for school in order that their clothes do
not interfere with learning.
"SCHOOL LIBRARY POLICY"

1.Be considerate of others who are working.


2.Use a quiet voice.
3.No food or drinks.
4.When others are waiting for the computers, limit your time online.
5.Show care when using all library resources
6.No re-arrangement of the forniture.
7.A maximum of 4 students at each table.
8.To support teaching and learning within the school.
9.To create opportunities for students to develop their self-confidence, self respect and
sense of responsibility.
10.To encourage a love and enjoyment of reading in all its forms and to encourage use
of the library by all members of the school community.
SCHOOL COMPUTER LABORATORY

1.Personal belonging such as back packs, bags (of a reasonable size) may be brought
inside the computer laboratory.
2.Students are encouraged to be guare with their valuable (i.e.cell phone, wallet and
other electronic divices).
3.Students must stay at the terminals assigned to them by the laboratory assistant on
duty. Swapping of tag numbers is not allowed.
4.Only one student should occupy one computer terminal.
5.In case of group work the laboratory assistant may allow a maximum of two students
to occupy a single terminal.
6.No one is allowed to alter the setting configuration of any computer laboratory facility
without proper authorization from the information, Technology, services, office.
7.Equipment and cables are to be moved by authorized personnel only.
8.Any malfunction or damage observed at the terminals assigned must be immediately
reported to the laboratory assistant on duty.
9.Chewing gum, eating, drinking, smoking, and any form of vandalism are prohibited
inside the laboratory assistant on duty.
10.Games are not allowed inside the compute laboratory. This includes computer-
related games, card games and other games that may disturb the operation of the
laboratory.
CLASSROOM POLICY

1.Listen and follow directions.


2.Raise your hand before speaking.
3.Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
4.Respect your classmates and your teacher.
5.Use technology appropriately.
6.Be respectful and attentive to all people.
7.Come to class on time and prepared to learn.
8.Ask questions and participate in class.
9.Obey all school rules.
