Mindset
Forgiveness is for you
I've learned that it might be challenging at first, but I think I've
probably coached others on this before, you know? Because I've forgiven
people who have betrayed me in business, and I've forgiven people who
have stolen money. I mean, why do people steal money, by the way? I've
had millions of dollars stolen from me. But forgiveness is genuinely for
your benefit. This is just such a real-time example of it, where I can
even, almost immediately, sense a positive shift in my energy as I let
go of all that happened.
It really is about self-healing

In my life, I've faced situations where people disappointed me and

caused me pain. It's not easy to handle, but I made a choice not to hold
onto anger. Instead, I chose forgiveness and tried to keep a positive
attitude.
You see when you hold onto grudges and don't forgive, it clouds your
mind with negativity. It's as if you're carrying a heavy weight of
hatred in your chest, and it drags you down each day.
But when you decide to forgive, it's like releasing that heavy burden.
It's allowing yourself to breathe freely and see the world with a
clearer, more positive perspective.

Forgiving helps you let go of that

emotional weight and move
forward with a lighter heart.
Life happens for you, not to you

Whatever your trauma is, whatever your hardships are, you are uniquely
called, not me. So if you wallow in it and choose to be a victim, you
can't help other people. You have to grow through those moments and see
them as experiences that truly happened for you, so you can reach down
and lift people up.

I believe one of the reasons I am such a powerful coach, top recruiter,

with a huge education program, is because when you share your struggles,
hardships, or whatever it may be, I can respond to you powerfully
because I've been there. I can say, 'Hold on, come here. Talk to me
about it. I've been there. I can lift you up. I can help you through it.
You're truly not alone.' But if you choose to sit in it, dwell in it,
and insist, 'No, no, no, you don't get it. I'm a victim,' then you won't
be able to reach down and help anybody.

Life is always going to give you the

set of circumstances needed to
forge you into who you’re
supposed to become!
Never forget this one thing
“Do you feel like you've made it?” Oh, God, no. I have an awareness that
I'm successful. I have an awareness that I don't need to look at the
menu anymore. I'll buy five appetizers now to have a nibble of each and
then give them away to people. I order what I want, I do what I want, I
can travel anywhere I want. But there's still this past, and I think
more people actually need to have this feeling after achieving any kind
of success. I feel like my past is right here, if that makes sense. So
I'm just right here, and my past is right here. I almost have this
feeling as if, 'Oh my gosh, it's right here, it could come and take it
all away from me at any time.' I could lose it all—my houses, cars,
wealth. What if all my funds and investments go to zero?

Then there's that logical side of me that says, 'Jesse Lee, you built
all of this. This is real. You wrote a book that went viral, and now
you're on stages. This is you, the woman who achieved it all.' I have to
remind myself that the skills are here, whether I lose everything or
not. Whether everything expands or contracts, it's all within me, and
that keeps me sane. But I also remind myself that I need to be pulled
toward my vision, and more people need to stay in that middle ground
where you don't forget where you came from, which I never forget. And
also remember that there's a bigger purpose here for you.

Become undeniable‼️
But also…never forget where you
came from.
Always remember what it was like.
Use that as fuel
It’s not about you
I've had hundreds of people message me and say, 'What you said in that
video, that podcast, that training you did, it made a difference in my
life. I was not in a good place, and you made me smile for the first
time in months. You made me think about things differently. I'm in a
better place today because you made me feel like I could do something
with my life.'

That's not just my experience. Every single person listening to this has
the ability to do the same. Many of us hold back, worrying about what
people will think if they see us on the internet. We fret about our
voices, our appearance on camera, how we sound on a podcast. We don't
share the content that could have changed someone's life. All of you
have a ripple effect, like a drop in the water that ripples out. You
never know how far it will go. You don't know whose lives you're
impacting, whose smiles you're creating, or whose perspectives you're
broadening. You have no idea about the ripple effect.

By the time you and I leave this earth, there will be countless people
we've never met, but they know the words that have come out of our
mouths have changed their lives. That's the big game, and it's why I
keep going. There are people who need me to keep showing up because they
haven't started showing up for themselves yet

You never know whose life you are

impacting!
There’s no greater feeling than being in the
service of other, to positively impact people.
You have that ability‼️
Schedule your day

Everything is structured every morning with the same routine. The amount
of water I drink, the time I get up, the morning walk, and the exercise
I do – it's all part of my daily routine. Personal development and that
morning walk are non-negotiables for me every single day. Almost my
entire day is organized with non-negotiables, and it's because I value
my time. This is something I believe many people don't think about
enough.

Small percentages and chunks of your day can end up taking over your
entire world. You may not realize it, but the time you spend in bed, the
time you spend scrolling on TikTok, or the time you spend watching
Netflix – all of that time adds up. You might think it's just an hour,
but an hour can turn into 5% of your life, 10%, 12%, and before you know
it, you've accomplished nothing.

If you don’t design your own life

plan, chances are you’ll fall into
someone else’s plan
The #1 thing holding you back

People are definitely scared to share. I have a theory that this fear is
based around their ego. They don't like how they look, how they sound,
or how they talk. They think that their voice lacks value. They believe
their story doesn't matter. They think that nobody can relate to them,
and they perceive their problems and challenges as unique to them.
However, people need to realize that vulnerability is what actually
connects people.

If you never try…you never fail…

you also never help anyone.
Your ego is robbing you of your
dreams.
Start serving people!
Why you procrastinate - 1

The first thing that causes procrastination is perfectionism. Perhaps

you thought, 'Oh my gosh, I have to get on this call. I have to be
perfect. I have to look perfect. I have to show up perfectly. Everything
has to be done perfectly.'
Maybe that's why you were late. But maybe you also do this in your
business. Maybe you wait for every single script to be perfect instead
of just talking to people like a normal human being. Maybe you wait for
the perfect business and a perfect understanding of the compensation
plan before you ever share it with somebody. Perhaps you wait and wait,
but what you're actually doing is fearing failure. The irony is that you
will absolutely fail if you never do anything, so you're only creating
more challenges for yourself the more you procrastinate.

Perfectionism is simply
procrastination spelled differently!
Stop letting fear hold you back.
Take messy action!
Why you procrastinate - 2
The second thing that I think causes procrastination is fear. You know,
like, I feel like I want to do something or I want to really work on my
business. I want to be a leader, but I feel like I'm not good enough.
This is an example of imposter syndrome. So over the past year, I've
tried to switch that in my head. I don't think imposter syndrome
actually exists.

I believe that if you're feeling anxiety about being a big leader in

your company, network marketing profession, or entrepreneurship in
general, instead of feeling nervous or scared, you can choose to feel
excited. I'm not sure if anyone is into psychology, but your brain
doesn't actually distinguish between feeling excited and feeling
nervous. So what if, the next time you think, 'Oh my gosh, I'm scared.
How am I going to recruit this person? What if they say it won't work
for them?' You say, 'Hey, I'm excited about this. I'm going to step into
my power instead of being so scared’.

Do you have anxiety or are you just

excited⁉️
Be conscious of the language
you’re using.
That “feeling” of doing something
new means you’re growing
Why you procrastinate - 3
If you're procrastinating, it's because you're not being pulled toward
something. You're not being pulled by a big enough vision. For me, and
for many of you, you probably used to run from your past a lot. As you
have more and more success in your business, I'm telling you, you start
to procrastinate. Let me tell you why.

It's because they were running from their past, which got them so far,
and then life got good. So they slowed the pace down because things
started to feel pretty good. When you have no more pain because that
past is kind of far away, you don't really see it anymore. Your kids are
fine, your partner is fine, your house is fine, and you have no more
unpaid bills. You bought your mom this, you bought your dad that. The
Christmas holidays were awesome. This year, you don't work as hard; you
start to slow down the pace. You're further away from that past than you
ever were, and that's why you're slowing down. You need to surround
yourself with things that push your vision, and you need to be around
people who ask, 'What are you doing?

Comfort and complacency will

destroy your progress‼️
Always be growing.
Get out of your comfort zone!
Manage your energy

of us are decent or have heard about managing our time efficiently, but
we're not managing our energy efficiently. You need to pinpoint the time
in your day when you have the most energy, when you are the most
productive, and when things seem to come effortlessly to you. Organize
your schedule around that.

If you want to increase your personal production, you need to recognize

when you are what I call a 'weapon.' For me, that time is from 10 a.m.
to 4 p.m. I'm at my best during those hours. Don't even try to compete
with me. If you put a random person in front of me and we both try to
recruit them, it doesn't matter who you are; they're mine.

Do you know at what times you’re

most productive?
Prioritize your day around your
energy!
The Truth About Work-life Balance
This idea of a perfectly balanced life does not exist, so be careful who
you’re taking advice from!
I understand that everyone's work-life balance doesn't have to be the
same. In fact, if you think about it, it doesn't make sense because
we're all different humans living completely different human
experiences, each trying to figure out what balance means for us. If I
spend 18 hours a day on a couch watching TV, I don't have balance. I'm
fully aware that I may outwork people, and I know I'm obsessed about
stuff. I realize that my idea of balance may not look like what others
are seeking.

For me, balance is like this: if we all have a circle, and this circle
is like a pie representing the 24 hours in a day, your concept of
balance and my concept of balance might sound similar. But for someone
else, their version of balance might involve allocating a smaller slice
of the pie to family life and a larger one to work. They might
prioritize quality time with their fiance, and that's what makes them
feel balanced. I want people to truly grasp the concept that, even
though we all have the same amount of time, what makes you feel balanced
is unique to you.

The truth is, there really is no such thing as

“work - life balance”.
Sometimes certain things take priority over
others, and that’s called life. Each season can be
as little or long as necessary, depending on what
you need!
Control your Thoughts

In this unusual environment, people are running their businesses

differently due to concerns about the economy. Perhaps that's what's
causing the anxiety, maybe it's what's fueling doubt. It might not even
be doubt originating from within yourself. It could be a doubt that
you've picked up from someone else. You might not have initially thought
a recession was coming, but you began to act differently because of
something someone told you. This idea crept into your mind, and you
didn't resist it.

The second thought is crucial—what you're telling yourself. Instead of

taking a moment to realize you can control this situation, it's easy to
succumb to a negative mindset. Negative thoughts start to spiral out of
control, causing distortion. Consequently, you get disheartened because
you've fallen into a negative energy pattern, which leads you to
unintentionally create the outcomes that your mind has been focused on.

So, is your business regressing? If you've experienced doubt and

distortion, the answer is likely yes.

Be careful who you’re listening to.

Only take the advice of people
who are where you want to be!
Stop living in the past

When I saw a doctor in Germany, he asked me, 'Do you meditate?' I

replied, 'Yes, but I never did until I got diagnosed with cancer.' He
responded, 'Yes, that's a problem. You need to meditate. You have to
stop dwelling on the past.'

Many of us continue to live the same lives because we keep replaying our
past experiences in our minds, expecting our lives to change. You can't
create a new life if your thoughts keep repeating the same things. So
make meditation a regular practice. Do you journal? I always carry a
journal with me, and if I don't have a physical one, I use my phone.
I'm constantly getting thoughts out of my head so they don't have to
linger inside me.

Do whatever you need to do clear

and heal from past traumas or they
will quite literally live inside you.
Life’s too short to hang onto
grudges and negativity.
Branding
Show your accomplishments
The thing that's really useful in building that brand is, what are your
credentials? What are your accomplishments? And every single one of you
has more accomplishments than you actually think you do. So, have you
shared those lately? The reason why you might think that you don't have
many accomplishments is probably because you're more likely than not
comparing yourself to what somebody else has done.

If you look at me and you look at yourself and think, 'She's so much
further ahead. She's spoken on stages with Ed Mylett, Logan Paul, Dan
Fleischman, and even big names like Tony Robbins and Pitbull,' well,
then you're probably going to feel like a bit of a loser. There's no
point in that. Why don't you compare yourself to your own progress? What
are your accomplishments? What have you done? What notable recognitions
do you have? What have you achieved in your business, your company, or
your niche market?

Did you publish a book? I haven't written a book yet. Have you been
featured in some kind of publication? Have you appeared on a podcast or
a TV show? Who are your business connections and associates? Do you have
an amazing website? Have you been invited to speak somewhere or be a
guest on something? There's so much you've accomplished, and you don't
talk about it. But if you would talk about it, people would start to
associate your brand with success.

The world needs to see you winning!

People want to work with winners. Post your
accomplishments no matter how big or how small.
The truth about haters
Google Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Donald Trump,
Joe Biden, Oprah. Okay... Google all these people. Because they have so
much hate. They have so much love. You can't expect the whole world to
like you. There are people that hated Mother Teresa, for God's sake.
There are people that hated Gandhi. There are people that hated Martin
Luther King Jr. There are people that hate everybody who has done
nothing but try to help the world.

So why do you think you're going to be somebody that only has glowing
reviews? You're only going to get five stars on your podcast. You're
only going to get five stars on your YouTube channel. You're only going
to get positive comments everywhere you go.
It's impossible.
And if you keep spending your time trying to please everybody, you're
going to serve nobody. You spend so much time trying to make everybody
like you, and so much time trying to be the coach for everybody, or the
business person for everybody, or ‘my business is going to do this, and
it's going to serve everybody in the world’.
No, it's just not. And so by you playing really small, diluting
yourself, diluting your value, diluting your personality, playing down
on how great you actually are, you're helping absolutely nobody in the
world.

If you don’t have haters, not enough

people know you yet!
Nobody really wants haters…but it’s a
sign you’re on the right path.
The truth about cancel culture
Whether you love him or hate him, look at Andrew Tate. You've tried to
cancel him, but he keeps on creating, as if he's immune to being
canceled. If Andrew Tate chose to stop producing content on his own
platform, it would be his own decision to 'cancel' himself. Kanye West
continuously finds new platforms to create on; he's not canceling
himself either. You attempted to cancel Donald Trump, yet he's now
announced his presidential candidacy once again; he's far from being
canceled. The key is having that inner conviction that says, 'I won't
cancel myself. You don't have to like me, but I'm secure in who I am as
an individual.'

So, when people get loud about criticizing Jessie Lee or making
unfounded claims about her, I simply respond with, 'I know who I am.
Next.' The concept of 'cancel culture' is absurd. Kanye West seems to be
facing challenges, and although people talk about canceling him, I don't
see it happening. The truth is, the only person who truly has the power
to cancel you is yourself. If you don't agree with someone, think their
opinions are wrong, or believe they're causing harm, the solution is
straightforward: stop following them, cease paying attention, block or
ignore them."

Become “un-cancel-able”‼️
Not everyone will like you. Be yourself and who
really cares if they do.
The #1 person you need to
make happy

The more you try to be somebody else, the more you dilute who you
actually are. So, if you're diluting who you actually are, nobody ever
gets to see your true power. That includes you too. Stop trying to
impress people. It's impossible for everybody to like you. The only
person I really want you to pay attention to liking is yourself.

Stop diluting yourself for others‼️

You playing small serves nobody!
It’s impossible to please everyone.
Be yourself and the right people
will be attracted to you!
Define your Target Market
Who are the people you actually want to do business with? Because the
success of your personal brand depends on your ability to connect with
your audience. So, if you're a real estate agent, it's not just any real
estate agents; it's about identifying the specific people you want to
target. Is it a certain age range? Is it a specific gender? Is it a
particular type of individual within the demographic of that age and
gender? You should know exactly what you want and who you want to
connect with.

Being specific is crucial because if you create a brand that directly

addresses these prospects and you understand who they are, what their
interests are, and how to meet their needs, then creating content
becomes much easier. You won't have to think too much because you
already know what this person wants and needs. This makes marketing your
brand incredibly effective.

If you try to be for everybody you’ll end

up being for nobody!
Get crystal clear on exactly who you
want to work with so you know the exact
message to convey.
Being too broad will cause you to not
resonate with anybody.
What is your brand identity

What is your brand identity? What do you like to talk about? I've never
been someone who's trying to make everyone like me. I've never been
someone who's trying to make everyone be attracted to me. I've been
trying to have the right people be attracted to me. That's why brand
identity matters.

So, what are the things you like to talk about? What is important to
you? For those of you who are parents, I always like to ask people a
simple question: Who were you before you had kids? Because this is
something we tend to forget. Sometimes, you become solely a mom or a
dad. Occasionally, you might get to go golfing, have a cigar and whiskey
with your friends, or go shopping, but what did you do when it was just
you or just you and your partner? These are the things that contribute
to your brand identity because they are what matter to the people you'll
naturally connect with and be able to do business with without even
trying.

Your personal brand is who you are and what

you believe.
YOU are the brand!
You Are your Brand
I decided who I wanted to be, and then I spent a long time proving to
people that you could build a brand, being whoever you want. Many of you
struggle with scaling your business because instead of catering to a
specific audience, you're trying to cater to everyone, which is
impossible. You need to find the right audience for you.

Now, it's likely that you can't appeal to everyone. Even if this were
just about network marketing, I couldn't recruit every single one of
you. It has nothing to do with my leadership skills or the product I
sell. It's just that we don't all share the same values and goals. There
are people here or out there with whom you are aligned, and many will
love you for who you are.

The problem is that you hide. You get quieter and quieter and act as if
you have no value to offer the world. That couldn't be further from the
truth.

Finding your voice is simple.

Say what’s on your mind and on
your heart unapologetically.
If you want to build a raving fan
base, show up consistently, be
yourself and provide value!
How Brands Build Trust
The most highly paid influencers in the world, do you know what their
brand is? Beauty. Beauty influencers are paid way more than anybody
else. Do you know what number two is? Fitness is number two by far. Like
any of these brands that buy ads, that spend money on agencies, and the
like, it's the beauty influencers who excel.
And do you want to know why?
Because they feel real.
If you're a beauty person, you start your video barefaced, right? You're
sitting there, you might feel a bit self-conscious.
You might think you look a little less attractive, perhaps. I used to
create makeup videos all the time, and it built so much authority.
Live videos built so much trust because people saw the real me. Every
single day, I post photos of myself working out in my stories. I mean, I
still look cute because I am, but not every day. Some days, I look
sweaty, I look a mess, and I'm like, you know, it's not always a
flattering pose, but it builds trust.

There’s a 99% you’re not posting enough. Why? Because you care what
other people think.
Drop your ego and start building trust and serving your audience‼️

Stop worrying about looking

perfect and and just be the real
you…Be relatable!
Give Free Value

One thing I believe people don't do enough of is teaching on the

internet. That's how I built my entire brand. So my brand wasn't about
makeup, health and wellness, skincare, or hair. It wasn't about any of
those things. I was providing valuable information for free for 12
years. I was offering marketing strategies, branding training, sales
training, and closing training.
I said, 'Hey, take it all for free.'
Then, I focused on honing my skills and became a better trainer.
After 12 years of this, I thought, 'Okay, it's time to charge for it.'

Become a source of information!

Provide massive value. When you
give and give and give…it always
comes back to you!
Become the AUTHORITY in
your field!
You can’t control haters but…

Question: How do I deal with my haters?

Time and time again, I ponder this question, and the answer remains
consistent. I always realize that I can't control what they say, nor do
I possess the power to dictate their opinions of me.
I know that there's only one thing I can control – myself.
I can control how I react, and I can control how I think.
That's why I always choose not to waste my time watching these hate
videos. I am too busy fighting cancer. I am too busy fulfilling my
purpose as a mentor.
I can't afford to be bothered by people who use hate to get my
attention. People out there are still waiting for their lives to be
changed. I need to act according to my purpose.

You can't control other people, you

can't control the weather, you can't
control whatever, but you can
control the way you respond to
things
The Moment I went all in on me

I think I started realizing that I didn't love the way my life was
going, and it was because I was trying to fit into circles that I
probably didn't really belong in. I guess maybe about two years ago is
when I finally just went, 'Yeah, whatever.' You know, like whether you
like me or not, I'm going to live authentically and in alignment with
what is important to me and my core values. It might not align with your
values, but I'm tired of pretending to be someone I'm not.

The cool thing about this approach is that it allows you to be wrong, to
learn, to grow, and to gain wisdom. When you say, 'I learned something
new, and what I used to think was true is not true,' you can speak on
it. In the end, you attract people who are just like you. So, my life
has become infinitely more calm and authentic in the last two years.
I've gone all in on being Jesse Lee, whether you love it or hate it.
Whatever, I love myself. Let's go.

Too many people are pretending to

be something they’re not and take it
from me, it’s exhausting. When you
are you…you are FREE!
You gotta do the work

CONSISTENCY has been one of, if not the biggest, keys to my success‼️
You have to show up DAILY!

My brand started building because I went live for over 700 days in a row
when nobody else was doing it. And then I started posting consistently
13 years ago. Well, actually, it's been 15 years now, thanks to
Facebook's 15-year history. I can still see memories from every year:
15, 14, 13, 12, 11, ten, all the way down. I've been super, super
consistent. I've been so consistent. It was just a matter of
understanding the timing of it. I knew that eventually, I'd stand out,
and I wouldn't just be the network marketing girl. Thank goodness, but
it was all about consistency. Consistency. Consistency.

Never underestimate the power of

small actions compounded over time.
Small consistent actions repeated
daily lead to massive results.
Stand for something

Don't be overly concerned about what other people think about you. In my
coaching program I was discussing authenticity with them and how I want
them to be more unapologetic on their social media. When I say
'cringey,' I don't mean making people wonder, 'Why does she look like
that?' or 'Why is she talking about that?' It's more about standing for
something, being so confident in what you believe in that it becomes the
focus of your discussions.
As a result, you might inadvertently trigger people, leading to
discussions about you. There will always be individuals with opinions
about you behind your back, but your name keeps coming up. The more your
name circulates due to your authentic self-expression, the better your
chances of scaling your brand.

Start taking a stance. Show people

your true authentic self.
That doesn’t mean be an a**hole.
It means say what you think & stop
worrying about how people will
react to it.
Money
Why 95% of people are broke

Money issues are the easiest thing to fix. The hardest thing to fix is
something going on in your mind. I just want to tell everybody that once
you fix this, the money starts flowing freely.
It's all the excuses you make about why you don't have it. You keep
saying, 'I don't have, I don't have, I don't have.'

Chase joy, pursue what makes you feel alive. The more you do that, it
changes everything; it shifts your world. You start feeling, 'Oh my
gosh, I love what I do, I love what I do, I love what I do.'

I think too many people are stuck in situations and routines they don't
like. They think life is short, but life is also long. So, if you find
yourself in a situation you're not willing to change, with things you
don't like about your life, remember that life is too long to keep doing
that over and over and over again.

What is happiness for you? People need to get really crystal clear on
what that is and then run towards it.

If you believe money is scarce, then it is.

If you believe it’s abundant, you’ll get it more easily.
Fix your mindset around money!
Stop chashing shiny things

There are people who are always looking for a quick, shiny deal. I've
never been the kind of girl to fall for quick, shiny deals. I can
honestly say I don't do that in anything. I don't do that in investing,
and I haven't done it since I was a little kid. I'm more of a 'stick
with it, work hard, and earn my pay' kind of person. Now people look at
me, and I'm this powerhouse.
I'm the number one network marketer in the world. Everyone sees me as
the wealth creation expert with all these achievements.
How did this happen?
It's because I didn't get excited about someone offering me a $10,000
bonus, $50,000 bonus, or even a $1 million bonus. In 2017, a company
offered a $1 million bonus, and I said, 'Nah, I think I'd rather build a
real business.' I never chased after the money. I cared about the people
and focused on building a network of individuals. I cared about offering
something I believed was genuinely valuable, something I could stand
behind.

Stop being lazy…put in the work.

The grass is greener where you water it. Stop
chasing the new flashy deal of the week.
Be true to yourself

At the core of it, I'm a girl from the countryside who grew up with very
little, especially by American standards. I come from a broken home
where my idea of fun was traveling somewhat grungily. I started to align
with what I truly wanted to do. For a significant portion of my career,
I was way out of alignment in many ways. I was doing things to please
other people or following paths I thought I should. Perhaps it was to
fit in with certain people or live a life they considered joyful or
successful, among other things. And when I began to ask myself, 'But I
don't really enjoy doing that. Why am I doing it? Who am I trying to
impress?'

My life improved significantly. I've acquired possessions and traveled

to the places that everyone says you're supposed to experience and be.
You're supposed to know who your friends should be and all that. But it
all came down to the fact that Jesse Lee enjoys simple things.

You get to define what success means to you‼️

If it makes you happy…do it.
If it doesn’t bring you joy…then don’t.
The #1st investment recommendation
Something I don't see enough from entrepreneurs or aspiring
entrepreneurs, who are not quite entrepreneurs yet, is the understanding
that they need to invest in themselves. They sometimes believe they can
get all the advice they need from Instagram posts and YouTube videos.
While YouTube University is great and has its place, I've invested
millions of dollars in education, and it's evident in my online
presence, my speaking, the fees I can charge on stages, and my content
creation. Instead of reinventing the wheel and trying to figure
everything out on your own, consider investing in your growth.

It doesn't have to start with millions of dollars. You can begin by

spending $100 here, $200 there, $500 elsewhere, and then as your
business scales, you can invest $1,000, or more, in your self-
improvement. After all, you can't take the money with you when you go.
You might as well become the best version of yourself that you can be,
maximizing the potential of the unique soul inside your human form, as
my dad would say. Strive to be the best you can be. You wouldn't want to
reach the end of your life thinking, 'I should have.

For those who want to take the leap, get out of

your head and into your heart.
How to fix money problems

Money is the easiest thing to fix. I understand that for some people,
you might be thinking, 'No, I'm grinding, and I don't see results.' But
it's not about the grind; it's something in your mind. Now, this may
sound crazy to some, but I was stuck at earning $300,000 a year, and I
couldn't surpass it. I worked harder, put in more hours, and tried to
work smarter. I was doing my best, you know. I didn't realize that I had
this massive mental block.

For some of you, it's crucial to let go. You need to stop letting your
past affect your focus. Whenever you work, you're thinking about your
mom being a terrible person or your dad's abuse. You're thinking about
your partner who used to mistreat you mentally, physically, and
emotionally. Your mind is all over the place, and as a result, your
energy is scattered

It’s all in your mindset

Get your mind right.
Eliminate limiting beliefs.
Get around the right people‼️
My Thoughts about Money

Whether you want to admit it or not, money is extremely important. I

suggest getting as much as you can as long as it’s in a moral and
ethical way.
Never feel bad about wanting more. As long as it’s not at the expense of
others, make as much as you desire.

I don't think that I have a love for money. I have a love for what money
can do, and it's definitely a deep love. I often say that if you believe
money doesn't create happiness, it's because you haven't given enough
away. So for me, it's not so much about fancy things, clothes, cars, or
material possessions, especially in the season of life I'm in right now.
I would describe it as having respect for money. I respect what it can
do for people, for yourself, and for the world. I grew up with very
little, which deepened my respect for money. You could say it made me
realize that through hard work, a lot of things are possible, quite
frankly.

If you don’t think money is important then you

simply haven’t given enough away.
What are your money habits

Have you ever noticed how kids' treatment of money often shapes how they
handle money as adults? Would you agree? Yeah, of course, your money
habits were not formed by you. In case you haven't figured that out,
your money habits were formed by your parents, who probably also had bad
money habits. If you have bad money habits, some of you may have great
money habits. Perhaps that's from your parents who had great money
habits.

My money habits... I think I kind of reverse-engineered the bad things I

saw as a child. Some of you might have done this too. I remember seeing
the two commas when I was 26 years old. The two commas hit my bank
account. I had $1 million in the bank, but I remember watching the two
commas and being like, oh my God, like, that's amazing. And it took me
back to when I was a kid. I thought, you can't scale by staring at money
in a bank account that's earning you no money because you can't beat
inflation.

If you’re not where you want to be financially, I

recommend following the path of someone else
who is where you desire to be.
Stop wasting Money

Most of you are just terrible overspenders, and you know you are, so I
don't need to make you feel bad. I'm just going to help you with two
things. First of all, I want you to have an awareness around it. I think
awareness is like your best friend. Know when you're a habitual spender,
Know when you're stressed out and you're spending money on dumb stuff.
Know when you're adding an extra appetizer, maybe you shouldn't because
you're not going to eat it anyway.

Whatever the silly stuff is you find yourself doing. It's not that you
can stop the trigger; it's about how you can change the behavior.
Because all of us have these triggers in our lives, whether it's a
financial trigger, whether it's an emotional trigger, and we usually
make bad decisions instead of good ones. So when you feel that trigger
and you're like ‘this is that thing, this is that thing I'm not supposed
to do, and here I am, doing the thing I'm not supposed to do’. You
should do something good instead. The question you have to ask yourself
is ‘what are you willing to say no to temporarily so you can say yes to
something later?’.

Be willing to sacrifice a few years of your life to

live a life nobody else can live.
Stop trying to impress people you don’t even like.
Money follows the Character

Who you become in the process of becoming a millionaire. Who are you
going to have to adapt and evolve into? What is your identity going to
start to look like to become that person? The money follows the action.
The money follows the character. The money follows all the intentions
you have set. So if you have really strong intentions like you
visualized last night, now you just step into that version of yourself.

Maybe you hear me say it or you hear other people say it. They say, oh,
you know, visualize yourself doing these things. And you're like, yeah,
it's a little different when you actually have the moment, right? You
start to feel a little different. Maybe for the first time, you actually
see yourself as that.

Instead of asking yourself what you need to do, ask

yourself “Who do I need to become?”
Making money is not a bad thing

What's making you different. And I think a lot of it was just that I
didn't choose a victim mentality when I could have. When I was nine, I
could have been the kid who, instead of trying to at least make my
grandparents proud, could have been the really bad kid who made all the
awful decisions.

Instead, I kind of swung towards, okay, nobody likes me, I'm being
bullied, but I can hang with kind of like the goody two-shoes, never in
trouble thing because I saw what drugs do, I saw what alcohol does, I
saw what violence does, I saw what chaos does. But once I started making
money at 13, I realized, okay, you know what? Money's not necessarily a
bad thing. This is not the evil that people say it is. And I just became
a competitor.

If you are a good person you can do very good

things with money. You can change the world.
Don’t ever let anyone make you feel guilty about
wanting more!
Invest in yourself
I have spent every last freaking penny I have had multiple times to get
in the right rooms, and I have never regretted it. I did not have this
money. I spent $750 for my first big event ever. This was, oh, I don't
know, seven years ago now, and I did not want to be in that room. I
thought, this is a waste of money. And I will tell you, when you spend
money that you feel like you don't have sometimes, when you put yourself
under pressure, something costs you money. And you're a hustler, like I
know you all are, and you have this business mindset, it's not a waste
of money, period.
I put a lot of stuff on credit cards. I borrowed money, I sold stuff I
didn't want to sell. I spent money on making myself better. It's like
Warren Buffett says, if you ask Warren Buffett what his favorite
investment is, the investment that changed his life the most. He does
not say Apple. He does not say American Express. He literally says all
the money I invested in myself.

Every penny I have ever put toward self

development or learning new skills has came back
to me X millions.
The best development you will ever make is the
one you make in yourself.
Making a million doesn't change you
Some of you have a weird thing about money. I know this to be a fact.
You're worried about making your first million dollars because you think
it's going to change you, but the fact of the matter is, it's not. It's
going to elevate exactly who you are. So what if you got to step into
the better version of yourself? What if you got to step into a more
powerful, giving, compassionate, caring, loving, kind person?

That's all money is going to do. And who do you get to become in the
process? It's not about the million dollars. It's about who you have to
become to make the million dollars. Some of you followed me years ago at
my first Go Pro stage. You're like, ‘oh gosh, I'm not even going to
watch Jessie Lee because she's the loud girl. She's crazy energy. She's
this, she's that’. I'm different now, aren't I? How many of you are
like, I am like, not even sure that's her. She doesn't look like
herself. She doesn't talk like herself, her energy's definitely there,
but she's different. She's polished, she speaks better. That happens
when you're becoming the best version of yourself.

It’s not about the money you make or the things you
acquire.
It’s about the person you become!
How to attract money

The money is not the game. And I know if you don't have money, you don't
really understand what I'm saying right now because you're like, ‘what
are you talking about? Like, yes, the money would fix everything’. No,
no no, no, the money does not fix anything.

What will fix it is who you become on the path to making the money. What
are the skill sets that you are missing? What are the relationships that
you are missing? Who are the people in your life that are missing? Where
are the events that you need to go to that you're not going to? What are
the things you need to consume? The books you need to read, the courses
you need to take, the masterminds you need to join, the people you need
to be around. Etcetera. Fill in the flippin blank. Okay, guys, that's
what you need to pay attention to, because then the money follows.

Your level of success will never exceed your level

of personal development.
If you don’t believe you’re worthy of the money
you receive, you’ll always find a way to sabotage it.
Business
My definition of success
Success to me means joy. I think a lot of people look at success and
they think it's about money, accolades, attention, fun stuff, trips, or
whatever fills in the blank that people believe it is. Cars, planes, and
possessions, or whatever.

It's just not.

It's the pursuit of joy.

It's the pursuit of what actually makes you happy. It's the pursuit of
that indescribable feeling. I guess, if you could describe it, it's when
you reach that point of childlike curiosity, and you're not worried
about what people are thinking or saying, or what anyone has to say
about you, because you just know who you are.

You can tell when somebody is radiating happiness. You can tell when
somebody is genuinely in the flow and happy. So, success, to me, is
always going to be joy. It's never going to be measured by a dollar
amount, because money will come, and material possessions will
accumulate. But ultimately, I've had all of that. I have all of that,
and none of it brings me joy the way being true to myself and living my
best life does

At the end of the day, if you’re not smiling and

happy, you’re not successful, no matter how much
money you’ve made.
What the 1% Know about success

People quit. I mean, it's unbelievable. You know, you have this idea of
what you want to do, where you want to go. The vision is so clear. And
then I don't understand how most people quit on that. It's like, if the
vision is really that clear in your mind, how are you quitting on the
things that you said are so important to you?

Where in your mind's eye did it say quit on the children's shelter?
Where in your mind's eye did it say quit on rescuing dogs? Where in your
mind's eye, your heart, your soul, your whatever? Do you really think
that you were going to be able to dig wells in Africa by quitting? So
successful people don't quit. Successful people are also massive quick
executors. I say yes fast. If I'm going to say yes, and I say no, if I'm
going to say no fast, I don't sit around. I don't think about it, I
don't question, I make a decision, I stick to it, and then I execute.

The number one skill set is simply not quitting!

What they don’t tell you
about entrepreneurship

I think entrepreneurs need to know there's always going to be things

that stop you, even if it's just for a minute. There are going to be
hold-ups, there are going to be challenges, there's going to be pain,
there's going to be struggles. But just keep moving forward, even when
it's hard, even when you feel like it's impossible, even when you feel
like your back's against the wall.

Just keep going.

You'll be shocked at what you can accomplish if you just keep moving
forward. Even if you're crawling, just crawl before you walk, and it'll
make a difference.

Entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster: the ups, the

downs, the wins, the losses, the betrayals, the joy.
the pain, it’s all part of the journey…
…and it’s all worth it‼️
Relationships build business

Remember, we're all in the business of relationships. This is all a

relationship business, and the good people win the most. I promise you.
Some of you need to remember that. Become rich in relationships. You're
all in the right place. Those of you who are here, you're in the right
event.

For those of you who are watching virtually, get to know people because
then you too will become rich in finances too. And remember, it's brick
by brick by brick.

No matter what business you’re in, it all comes

down to relationships.
Prioritize treating people right and the money will
follow.
The pace of business
First of all, success definitely loves speed. So I think there are too
many entrepreneurs who think, 'Oh, I can just snail's pace my way to
success.' And I hate to be the one who says this to you, but how do you
think a rocket ship gets off the ground? If you've never seen NASA
launch a rocket ship, it's like, 'five, four, three, two, one,' you know
it's almost, it's, you know, it's every... what's the percentage,
something like 70% of its energy or something is exerted within those
first couple of seconds because success does love speed. That's how you
create momentum. And I don't think that successful people ever quit.

I think what it is, is it's not balance you're looking for, it's how do
you find harmony. And if you're feeling out of sorts, if you're feeling
super energetically in your masculine, if you're feeling like you're
trying to control everything, which I've been doing now for 12 years,
and you're just going and going and going, I just think sometimes it's
really good to stop and reflect.
Maybe not stop, but maybe pause and reflect and reprioritize what's
really important to you. Reprioritize things you need to keep doing to
keep your businesses and your life running. Reprioritize the things that
in this moment, you realize are the most important.

Monitor your energy and what works best for you!

Be productive, not just busy.
How millionaires become
millionaires

Stupid memes on the internet are like the average millionaire has seven
streams of income. Like yes, we do, but we made our first million doing
one thing. You can't focus on nine things at once, seven things at once.

I'm just being your friend and telling you, ‘please focus on getting
this thing you're in right now to your seven figures and then start
talking about other stuff’.

Focus on one thing and the diversify.

If you try to catch 2 rabbits you will catch neither.
What to do in bad economy

Times make tough people. And if you look at the history of some of the
biggest companies in the world, many of them were created in economic
downturns. So if you have the mindset that, okay, it's not going to be a
great year for a lot of people, but it's going to be a year where I
create something amazing, you might have your whole life shift, but it's
going to start with your mindset. It's going to start with your
perspective.

I don't care if your brand is teeny-tiny right now. It can change like
this. You've got to be around people who make you stronger, not people
who bring you down. I'd get better at sales. I'd get better at building
a brand. I'd figure out my niche even deeper. I would get around high
fliers. I would turn down the volume on the people with little minds and
turn it up on the people who are talking excitedly, who are thinking big
thoughts. You can still position yourself positively before anything bad
happens right now, but only if you're around people who also see it the
same way.

More wealth is created in economic downturns

than any other times in history.
Observe what the average person does and do the
opposite.
Success doesn’t happen overnight

You will never be good at something until you're very bad at it. You've
got to be bad first, and then you become good, then you're great, and
then you become world-class. But people don't understand this. There is
a progression.

It's a step-by-step staircase to success. It's not the elevator to

success. It's like the idea of a hockey stick. What are you talking
about? You know, like, this just isn't reality. I didn't get to hundreds
of live viewers on different platforms and hundreds of thousands of
followers overnight. It's because I consistently posted and then I got
better at my craft.

It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes showing up on

a consistent daily basis over a period of years.
Don’t get distracted. Stay the course.
You have to keep moving to succeed

if you believe that hitting one goal means you've already succeeded in
life, I need to set the record straight – YOU HAVEN'T!
Why am I telling you this?
I don't want you to limit yourself after achieving one goal. I don't
want you to miss out on a lot of opportunities just because of a false
idea of success.
I want you to be the best person you can be at all times because, as
your mentor, YOUR SUCCESS IS MY SUCCESS.

I'm aware that I live in a penthouse, you know, where I have all these
things. But I think that truly successful people and people who actually
want to change the world, there's no finish line. And I don't know that
I ever talk about this, but if for you there is a finish line in your
level of success and you just don't care anymore and you're like, 'I'm
done and whatever,' you're probably not somebody I would want to
associate with. it's like you're in a what I call a marathon of sprints.
So I may sprint to a goal. I may achieve the goal, I may go, 'okay, I
got it,' but then it's time for me to get up and then go again and again
and again and again and again. It's never, never done, never satisfied.

Winning isn't just about reaching one goal; it's

about changing the way you think to reach multiple
goals.
The power is in you

The business world is a tough world to live in — Challenges pop up left

and right, and they'll surely try to distract you and slow you down.
That's when your mindset gets put to the test.
Can you handle the pressure?
Have you got what it takes to tackle these obstacles head-on?
Your mindset is the driving force behind your business aspirations.
It's like the circumstances don't have power over you. You said, 'no, I
have power.' It's your business. It's your life. You're the one with the
power. The power is in you. The power is in you. And you need to search
for the wholeness, for the oneness, for the togetherness. And then
that's where the magic happens.

If you want your business to be successful, you

should be prepared to put in the extra effort and do
whatever it takes to make it work!
The grass is greener where
you water it

The only thing that can actually stop you in business is you. And you
will start to crumble if your pillars of belief crumble. So if you are
deciding that you are no longer going to be successful, or your company
is no longer going to be successful, or your team is no longer going to
be successful, or the profession is no longer going to be successful.
The only one that can make that true is actually you. And this is why
you'll see examples of people jumping all over multiple companies. 'Oh
my gosh, the grass is greener,' and those people don't succeed. And the
companies keep going.

Wherever you go, there YOU are!

Until you put in the work and do the work on
yourself, things will always remain the same
Be ready to find a solution

Get mad. It's five minutes. That might sound really nuts to some of you.
Oh, I get pissed, don't get me wrong. All right. But you're only going
to get me pissed off for five minutes. Then I'm going to go into action
mode. I'm going to calm everything down, calm down my nervous system.
And I'm going to get to work. And for you to piss me off is like, good
luck. It takes a lot to get under my skin, but then when you are there,
it's not a good place for you to be. But I just get into problem-solving
mode. And I think too many times, entrepreneurs, instead of wanting to
fix things, they want to talk about it in circles. And I'm always just
like, okay, I see the problem, but can we be solution-oriented about
this?

Are you focusing on the problem or the solution?

An abundant positive mindset is absolutely key in
leading an organization!
Failure is a part of success

Those of us who are successful that you look up to in your life, your
business, whatever, we have had way more failures than we have had
successes, and that's why we have successes. If you're like, ‘I didn't
sell as much as I wanted, I didn't recruit people I wanted, I didn't
hire people I wanted, I didn't scale the way I wanted to’, let me
explain that: that is a part of success.

The people you admire the most have failed more

than you.
The difference is they keep going!
How the 1% become he 1%
I think that discomfort in certain people can just lead to absolute
success. I realized that if I could control hard work, and if I could
control who I was, life could shift very quickly. You can control your
life. You're just going to have to do things that other people are not
willing to do. Because I watched what inactivity did in my childhood, I
watched what not changing your circumstances when you could change them
did to my family. I watched all of these bad things happen to seemingly
good people that were just not willing to take the steps to change their
life. I was like, it's not going to be me.

So when the business opportunity was presented to me in 2011 and I was

just a Google search, I googled ‘at-home businesses that make the most
money’. It was nothing spectacular and joined, you know, the very first
thing I was like, ‘okay, I'm in’. Put it on my first credit card. I knew
that if I was going to be that 1%, because I remember looking at the
little chart thing where it was like, the 1% is going to make all this.
And I went, well, I'm going to be the 1%. Then I just knew that in order
for that to happen, I would have to do things that most people weren't
willing to do.

You have the ability to reach any level of success

you desire.
You have to simply be willing to do the work and
not give a s**t what other people think or say about
you.
