ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Accounts Receivables
1. Supervises the reconciliation of Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis
2. Analyses AR Report at the end of every week
3. Sends AR Report with comments to the Accounts Head at the beginning of every week
4. Ensures that all completed jobs are invoiced upon request from projects
Accounts Payables
5. Supervises the reconciliation of Accounts Payables on a weekly basis
6. Analyses AP Report at the end of every week
7. Sends AP Report with comments to the Accounts Head at the beginning of every week
Fixed Assets
8. Supervises the reconciliation of Fixed Assets on a weekly basis
9. Analyses FA Report at the end of every week
10. Sends FA Report with comments to the Accounts Head at the beginning of every week
Treasury
11. Cooperates with Accounts Head on monthly exchange rate to be used in the system
12. Supervises the bank’s reconciliation on a weekly basis
13. Analyses the Treasury Report at the end of every week
14. Sends Treasury Report with comments to the Accounts Head at the beginning of every week
Payroll
15. Processes and files employees’ salaries, benefits, and related expenses while coordinating with the
HR section
16. Processes and files employees’ loans and advances

OH&S/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Ensures That all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly monitored and followed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
 8-10 years in similar field

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 BSc. in Administration (Accounting/Finance)
 Certified Member of an Accounting Professional Body (ACCA or CPA)
