EVALUATION
Supervisors: The Probationary Period is part of the examination process and is used by BIPI for close
observation and evaluation of an employee’s work to determine whether an employee demonstrates
ability and qualifications necessary to display satisfactory service. Supervisors should give every effort
to develop the employee during the probationary period. The supervisor is required to document the
reason and notify HR immediately prior to taking any action should the supervisor’s desire to terminate
the employee.
The Project-based staff employee should be evaluated also during his/her 3rd& 5th month to determine
whether he/she is demonstrating the assigned duties and responsibilities. The supervisor is required
to document the reason and notify HR immediately prior to taking any action if the supervisor’s desire
to terminate the employee.

Supervisors must meet with employee at the 3rd month and 5th month to discuss the role, scope, and
expectations for the position.

 Create design plans for buildings.


 Meeting with engineers and designers of various disciplines for project coordination.
 Develop architectural design concepts for engineers and architect review.
 Familiarize project Client/Employer’s Requirement documents.
 Familiarize Client/Employer’s Standard Engineering Specification (SES) for project.
 Draft architectural works design basis for engineers review.
 Participate in review of civil guide drawings from project counterparts.
 Participate in project regular team meeting discussions and presentations.
