written response. These questions are theoretical and provide evidence of your understanding
of tools, documents, processes, and legislative context in relation to undertaking a project
work.
Note you must answer these questions in your own words. Remember, you must get a

(SOW), lists all of the features, functions, and expectations that
document
stakeholders have for the project.

Project schedule Project managers typically utilize project software to keep track of
their projects' timelines, resources, dependencies, and expenses.

time could save you time & expense during the testing phase. The
test plan document
testing approach, testing tools (automation), high-level duration,
and a number of QA testers are all included in the QA document.

Question 3
Explain the processes for identifying and managing risk in a project.

 Risk identification- To start this process, list out any and all events that would have a
negative impact on your business. Expect to add risks to your list over days, maybe
even a couple weeks. Be sure to ask leaders in other departments to identify risks, too.
You want your plan to be as holistic and comprehensive as possible.

 Risk assessment- Now that you've compiled a list of possible or present threats and
dangers, it's time to determine the chance of the event occurring and the severity of
the consequences. This risk analysis assists in determining the priorities of each risk
so that resources for mitigation are neither over- or under-allocated at next step.

 Risk mitigation- Risk mitigation is the process of developing and implementing a

strategy for reducing the possibility and/or impact of each risk. Although you may not
be able to devise a risk-mitigation strategy for each and every threat, it's critical to try
to determine what adjustments in your current procedures may be made to decrease
risk.

 Risk monitoring- You must monitor both the success of your strategy and the
incidence of risk events now that you have identified, assessed, and created a
mitigation plan. The risk monitoring step includes tracking the state of risks,
evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation solutions, and consulting with important
stakeholders.

 Risk reporting- Your risk management plan's progress must be documented, analyzed,
and shared. The goal of risk reporting is twofold: It assists you in analyzing and
evaluating your risk management plan, as well as keeping stakeholders involved in
risk mitigation by sharing progress.

Question 4
Use the table to outline the legislative requirements when managing a project.
Write your response into the table:
Legislation Explanation
Be agile For today's changing corporate environment, traditional
project management approaches are proven to be overly
rigid, bureaucratic, and time-consuming. These techniques,
in fact, can operate against IT departments. You must now
respond quickly to emerging concerns and developments.
Do not micromanage Leaders, not control freaks, are the best project managers.
Some project managers are excessively analytical and spend
too long-time polishing details when they should be
concentrating on meeting milestones and finishing the
project. Flexible project management necessitates a
symbiotic relationship between the left and right brain, as
well as hard and soft skills.
Work with a sense of Since projects are constrained by a specified timetable,
urgency funding, and resources, it is critical that the project process
be driven to completion at all times. It's critical to have
regular reports, meetings, and follow-ups.
