Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Manages project schedule and cost
2. Monitors and prepares standard DPWH/client’s and company reports
3. Prepares billings and ensures collection; in case of considerable delays in payment, recommends for work
suspension as provided for under procurement law
4. Manages subcontractors and project admin workers
5. Ensures quality standards and specifications are complied
6. Reports to the Operations Manager the weekly status of project; organizes, prepares and submits reports
on time
7. Participates in regular coordination meeting with client and management
8. Lays down the company rules, memoranda, guidelines and limitations for implementation at site
9. Prepares plans and orients subordinates on the benefits of abiding with the plans/specifications and the
consequences of non-abidance.
10. Ensures the supply of resources and logistics of materials, labor and equipment, services, etc. needed by
the project. Familiarization with the company procedures is a must (as to how to make and follow up
material/labor/equipment requests).
11. Coordinates interfacing activities created as a result of subdividing the project; ensures proper
performance of assigned tasks and non-overlapping of responsibilities
12. Monitors, reports and disseminates updates, progress and concerns relative to the project
13. Refers to Management problems affecting project which are beyond his/her control
14. Maintains standards, practices and established policies
15. Leads and trains his/her subordinates to be proficient
16. Ensures customer satisfaction (completion of project on schedule, within the budget, according to
specifications and free of any legal and social issues)
17. Directs, initiates and controls day-to-day activities necessary for project accomplishment
18. Negotiates with customers or clients, if necessary, the company’s commitment
19. Performs other tasks assigned by direct superior and/or by management

Minimum Job Qualifications:


Male (45-50 years old)
Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
Licensed or non-licensed
With at least 5 years of experience handling vertical (midrise to high rise) and/or horizontal projects
Computer literate
Honest and hardworking
With good verbal and written communication skills
