    Alfonsus Cipta Raya introduces himself as a medical doctor from Kendari who graduated in 2019 and has since worked in hospitals in Kendari. He is interested in orthopedics because it can improve people's physical abilities and quality of life.     Introduction

    Good morning Professor Dr. dr. Idrus Paturusi, Sp.B, Sp.OT (K) Spine and all the supervisor of
    orthopaedic and traumatology of Hasanudding University. My name is Alfonsus Cipta Raya, I
    was born in Bau-bau, April 30th 1995, and grow up in Kendari. I start my medical education at
    University of Kristen Krida Wacana in 2013, and graduated in 2019. After graduated, I back to
    Kendari and do the internship program in RSUD Kota Kendari from 2020-2021. After that, I
    started work there and santa anna hospital in Kendari until early 2023. From February 2023 I do
    the intern program in Orthopaedic and traumatology department of hasanuddin university until
    this December. I’m not married yet. Im good in playing basketball, badminton, and futsal, last
    month I join the orthopedic basketball team to compete in Continuing Orthopaedic Education in
    Bali and won the second place, and this is my third time to take the test. Thankyou professor and
    all of supervisor .

    Why you choose Orthopaedic?


    Answer: I wanna be an orthopedics because orthopaedic can really changes the quality of life of
    people specially in their physical strength. I think we as a human wanna be useful for each other,
    and if our physics is not good it will be useless, and be an orthopedic can changed that. Specially
    in Kolaka Timur regency we still have no Orthopaedic surgeon yet.
    Also I do really like sports and I’ve dreamed someday I can be participated in Indonesia National
    Team in some events, and I’m sure, be an orthopedic will help me to reach that dream, even not
    as an athlete, but as medical team.

    Why you choose unhas?


    Answer: I choose Unhas because I amazed with the orthopaedic consulen where I study medical
    doctor and work. They are really good in skill, knowledge and the most important is attitude. I
    hope if I continue my orthopaedic education in University of hasannudin I can be good like
    them, or even better.
    What is orthopaedic?
    Answer: Orthopaedic is branch of medicine that concerned to correction or prevent deformities,
    disorders or injury of skeletal, muscle, tendon, ligament, and structure around it.
