How to Cook the Salted Egg Yolk with Shrimp

First, we prepare some ingredients for the meal. We need some eggs, shrimp, soft tofu and green soya bean.

And we use two spoons of cornstarch, one spoon of cooking wine, a little salt and white paper powder to marinate

for the shrimp for a while. After that we mix 250-millimeter water, three quarters of salt, one spoon of sugar,

cooking wine, and some white paper.

Second, we can begin to cook. We steam three salted egg yolks for 15 minutes over high heat until it

cooked. We use the knife to crush steamed salted egg yolks, and to chop them, so that the salted egg yolk doesn’t

have particles. This salted egg yolk should be minced. After that we cut the tofu, but don’t cut them too small,

they’ll break easily.

Third, we then put some oil on a pan, and fry the marinated shrimps until they are well done. Once they are

well done, take them of the pan and set them aside on a plate. And we put the mashed salted egg yolk on the pan, stir

fry over medium heat, after few minutes, add one bowl of hot water. And then put in the tofu and a little of green

soya bean. At the same time, we pour the seasoning before we mixed. And we can close the lid and simmer for 3

minutes over high heat.

Finally, We can try it taste good or bad. If you believe that it is good, just add the cooked shrimp and starch

water. When the sauce has thick and all the ingredients are cover with the sauce, out of the pot.
