Founded in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada, Spartek Systems has over 100
employees worldwide. Our goal is to provide the industry with cost effective
solutions to solving reservoir problems. The Spartek team is dedicated to
providing their best efforts to ensure a safe working environment, delivering
high quality products with a goal of zero defects, and providing outstanding
customer technical support.
Sylvan Lake is our` center for Research and Development, and
Manufacturing. Our key staff has over 120 years of industry experience in
developing and deploying subsurface and surface equipment. We employ the
latest technologies in the design and development of our products. Our
development process begins with understanding our customer's
requirements and continues with outstanding technical support throughout
the life of the product
Presently Spartek Systems offers a wide range of memory and surface Head Office – Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada
readout pressure & temperature recorders, a complete suite of production
logging instrumentation, casing inspection technology, multi-cycle shut in
tool, permanent monitoring systems, perforating memory triggers and a full
range of surface and subsurface accessories to meet your measurement
needs.
Customer Service Guidance

Your primary contact will be through an assigned Business Development
Manager (BDM) who can provide in-depth product information and
application guidance. Each BDM is part of a globally networked team who
collaborate regularity to provide optimal solutions for our clients.
BDMs operate locally – in your time zone. They handle all technical and
commercial enquiries and establish a framework for dealing with your
business requirements. They aim to be part of your team, working in close
co-operation on projects to maximize the performance and success achieved
at the lowest total cost. It is their job to understand your business and
provide a local resource for your benefit. Our Global Network
The first level of technical support is provided directly by your BDM.
However, in the event that they cannot provide the required information or
resolve technical issues, they will draw upon the resources available through
the global team of networked service and support centers. Where necessary,
technical issues and problems can be escalated through a high-level technical
support team with full research and development capabilities.
All of our service centers (listed on the back page) can provide specialized
training for the Spartek family of products. However, we have two dedicated
training facilities for Permanent Monitoring Systems. The first is at our
headquarters located in Sylvan Lake, Canada, and the second is at our Service
Center located in Dubai, UAE.
We provide this customer support through several points of contact. Starting
with the initial customer dialogue, and progressing through to reliable
delivery on sales, service and rental commitments. We offer solid technical
support services through a global network of service and support centers,
and an active Research and Development program.

The Depth Encoder cables connect either the Line Management System (LMS) or SRO
PL Panel to the mechanical depth encode.

Depth Simulator Assembly 10008633
The Depth Simulator box connects to the depth port on the Line Management System
(LMS) or SRO PL Panel and provides a method for simulating logging up or down.
Typically used for testing depth cables, SRO panels, LMS boxes and training.

Maintenance Manuals
Maintenance manuals for the Production Logging Tool are available and listed on their
respective pages. They are categorized in three levels (ML1, ML2, and ML3).
• Level 1 - focuses on maintaining the integrity of field joints and the replacement of
normal wear items in dynamic mechanical assemblies. A field technician is required
to perform these procedures after each use.
• Level 2 - focuses on maintaining the integrity of internal seals, the inspection of
internal assemblies for damage, and the replacement of normal wear items in
dynamic mechanical assemblies. A field or laboratory technician is required to
perform these procedures, in conjunction with Level 1, after six months of use.
• Level 3 - focuses on the refurbishment and/or repair of all the module level parts
and assemblies. A laboratory technician is required to perform these procedures, in
conjunction with Levels 1 & 2, every twelve to twenty-four months depending on
the frequency of use and the type of well conditions the tool module has been
exposed to.

1–Year Limited Warranty
Spartek Systems warrants that all its Products are free of any known defects in materials and workmanship, have been calibrated, and tested to work as intended.
In the event the Product fails during twelve months from date of shipment, and said Product has not been abused as determined by Seller’s Agent, the defective
Product will be repaired (or replaced at Spartek Systems discretion) at no charge.
If abuse is determined to be the cause of failure, the Customer will be notified and repair charges will be applicable.
Expendable o r wear items
Product items that are expendable in normal use are not covered by this warranty (i.e. battery packs, rollers, axles, bearings arms, etc.)
Repair Warranty fo r too ls less than 1 year old
Seller warrants the repair or replacement of the Product for the balance of the one (1) year warranty as stated above or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
Repair Warranty fo r too ls more than 1 year old
Seller warrants the repair or replacement of the Product for ninety (90) days after shipment back to Customer.
For all the above-mentioned warranty terms, the warranty is valid only when recommended parts are used (i.e., parts listed in the parts list).
