public feel toward about the new theatre in one town in 2012.

In general, the majority of club members and general public considered the facilities, information and
quality were excellent. And a handful of them thought it was poor.

In term of the member club, the opinions toward to the facilities by the club members stood at
approximately three in four in comparison with the number of club members just satisfied with them
was higher by 42 percentage and with the poor opinions hit the rate 2 %. Regarding of information, they
ranked mainly excellent with about one half, and 30% of them felt satisfied, while just 16 % of them felt
poor. In addition, 88% of club member said the quality of theater was excellent, and the other said it
was just satisfied and poor respectively with 10 % and 2 %.

In the other hand, more than half of general public found that the facilities were excellent, with 24 %
and 8% of them feeling satisfied and poor subsequently. Besides, around three fourth of general public
assume the information was excellent, widening than the percentage of the once satisfied three-fold,
and only 14 % felt the information was poor. Meanwhile, there were 53% of people in general public felt
the quality excellent, and two in five general public found it was satisfied, with only 2% of them thinking
it was poor.

There are some controversies about the issues that the government ought not to contribute
money to the global aid and focus on their own disadvantages individuals such as the homeless or
unemployed. In my point of view, I partly agree with this opinion, and it also depends on certain
situation.

First and foremost, with the developing nations, this notion is totally right. Participating funding
to global economy assistance will bring the harmful effect to their economy and their domestic dweller.
Simply because those organization not only aim at only some specific countries, their purpose is the
globe so the developing country just can benefit partly from the fund. Thus, they should invest those
money for their own institution and enact the suitable policy to help their people so their citizen can
directly be supported and helped, with high quality and sufficient facilities. For instance, Vietnam, the
country still in the developing progress, they have allocated their money reasonably to their country
with majority of their fund belonging to their own organization, while the rest of them going forward to
the global supporting institution. Hence, their country have the lowest rate of disadvantages people in
their whole national history.

In term of the developed country, they should spend money not only to their own organization
but also the global once. Their money will contribute to the developing of the world. Should they invest
a large amount of money to the worldwide aid, their reputation and power will increase proportionally
with their money. But they still need take a prime care to their country, they draw a perfect plant to
spend those money balance to the national and worldwide organization. The consequences could be
very negative if they do the wrong step. It could be the poor house or homeless problem, and their
resident will mistrust them.

In conclusion, spending money in to the global organization could be appropriate to the extent.
But I still hold the point of view that money should be prioritize in their own country. Because only their
own country can understand their own problems.
