stations in Italo ticket offices and also at Travel Agencies authorised to sell Italo S.p.A. tickets. The Italo S.p.A. Contract of Carriage outlines the procedures for presenting a complaint, including those
directed at the Authority for Transport Regulation. If your ticket is associated with an Italo Più account, only the account holder can travel on this ticket. Please check the passenger details entered so as to
avoid incurring any possible fines. Boarding is allowed up to 2 minutes before train departure. It is passenger’s responsibility to reach timely train platform before train departure. PLEASE NOTE: For
