HOW TO BOOK YOUR VOUCHER

1. You can decide on your travel dates now or later, within the travel validity.
2. After deciding your travel dates, visit www.holiday-factory.com/book/voucherbookingrequest to request your travel
dates and submit the traveler details as per the passport.
3. Your travel document will be sent to your email address within 72 hours after submitting the form.
 INFORMATION

• Single Traveler:
○400 AED additional charges for Single Room Occupancy
• Infant Voucher : 300 AED (0-24 months)
• Extend your stay - each additional night cost only :
○100 AED per person in double room / 200 AED per person in single room occupancy in Hotel Iveria Inn
○100 AED per person in double room / 200 AED per person in single room occupancy in Gudauri Hotel Loft
• Upgrade:
○40 AED Upgrade to Half Board
• If you wish to extend your stay additional charges are applicable for flight on alternative date.
• Clients who wish to cancel Public Holidays Vouchers (EID) must sent notification by email at least 7 days before
departure date. Cancellation charges as follows: less than 7 days - 100 %; from 7 days to 1 month - 50 %; more than 1
month prior to departure - 500 AED.

ESSENTIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• UAE public/national holidays are excluded.

• Travel insurance is per Schengen standard and is only applicable and valid for this booking.
• Voucher can be cancelled within the travel validity with a cancellation fee of 100AED per voucher .
• Cancellation will take effect once Holiday Factory L.L.C receives the cancellation request via email.
• Once your travel date is confirmed, any amendments must be requested latest by 72 hours before travel date and
charges will be applied as per the general terms and conditions.
