3.0 INTRODUCTION
 Difficulty in management is a big issue in an organization. This makes it
difficult for a team to run any business because various risks can occur due to
the absence of a complex system to deal with this issue. For example, like this
one problem we brought, where ticket management for several types of sports
on the field really needs an efficient system to facilitate ticket sales, food
ordering, membership price calculation or not and so on. . Therefore, in line
with the era of globalization with the current of progress, a group of us is
determined to develop a system that can make this management easier and
more organized and make it easier not only for the management but also for
the customers. the system developed by us for this project is about the sports
ticket management system. This will bring many advantages especially time
saving, reducing the number of employees and many more. By using this
program,it helps to plan and organize orders more efficiently thus improving
customer experience and satisfaction at a minimal cost.We hoped that the
system created will be able to have a positive impact in the management of
this sports ticket.

OBJECTIVE

• Improving sports ticketing system using online order or direct purchase.

• Innovating the previous way of purchasing ticket to new method.

• Reduce customer congestion at the payment counter.

• Make customers easier to find their seats from receipt given.

• Save time by buying or booking tickets online or direct purchase and they can
also order food and drinks at the same time.

•To make it easier for booking the ticket early before the sport match and food
supplied.
