Hakainde Hichilema (born 4 June 1962) is a Zambian businessman, farmer, and politician who
is the seventh and current president of Zambia since 24 August 2021.[1] After having contested
five previous elections in 2006, 2008, 2011, 2015 and 2016, he won the 2021 presidential
election with 59.02% of the vote.

The Livingstone Museum, formerly the David Livingstone Memorial Museum and after that, the
Rhodes-Livingstone Museum, is the largest and the oldest museum in Zambia, located in
Livingstone near Victoria Falls.

Lumangwe Falls on the Kalungwishi River in northern Zambia is the largest waterfall wholly
within the country, with a height of 30-40 m and a width of 100-160 m. It is a block-type waterfall
located between the Luapula and Northern Provinces. The main bedrock is interbedded
quartzite with layers of red siltstone.

Traditional food of zambia


Zambia's staple food is maize. Nshima makes up the main component of Zambian meals and is
made from pounded white maize. It is served with "relish", stew and vegetables and eaten by
hand (preferably the right hand).
