Authority in its 136% Meeting held on 21.02.2019 has revised the Delegation of Power issued vide policy circular no. NHAI/Policy Guidelines/Delegation of Power/2017 No. 18.24/2017 dated 21.08.2017 and its amendment dated 02.07.2018 to the extent as under: (i) Incase of EPC Mode, if L-1 bid is upto 5% above the updated cost based on current, SOR, Executive Committee is the Competent Authority to accept L-1 bid and approve the award of work. (ji) In case of HAM Mode, if L-1 bid is upto 5% above the updated bid price assessed by NHAI based on the parameters on the bid due date, Executive Committee is the Competent Authority to accept L-1 bid and approve the award of work. 2.
