NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th August, 2017
S.O. 2520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub-Collector,
Madanapalle Division of Chittoor District as the competent authority to perform the functions of
such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 00+00 to km 058+360 of the National
Highway No. 71 for building (widening / four / six Laning etc.), maintenance, management and
operation in the State of Andhra as specified in the Schedule given below.
