3- dimensions :
Using the yarn and hook size indicated and working tight, the finished flower
will be 17 cm tall

4- Notes :

• All the parts need to be stuffed very well


• You can use any yarn that you find suitable just use a smaller hook size
than what it is recommended
• It's a good practice to read the entire document before starting. Knowing
what to expect will help you pay attention
• To keep track of the beginning of the row use a marker.
5- How to change colors :
When you get to the last stitch of your first color ( right before you
are instructed to change color) here is how you should crochet this
last stitch : Insert your hook, yarn over, and pull through with your
first color. Grab the second color with your hook and pull it through,
and continue with the second color until you are instructed to
change color again

Last stitch of the first color : then take the second color grab
yarn over and pull through it with your hook

Part 1 :
Make 2, Use dusty pink yarn
R 01 : 6sc in mr (6)
R 02 : 6 inc (12)
R 03 : (1sc, inc)*6 (18)

R 06/10 : 30sc (30)

Cut the yarn after making the first one and


hide it inside. Don’t cut the yarn after making Part 1
the second one instead; you’ll keep on working
from there to join them.

Part 2 :
Starting from where you finished in part 1, join
it with the first one with 1sc, this 1sc will be
the first stitch of your first round.

6- Heart :

Cut the yarn and hide the end inside.

7- Flowers :
Start with yellow yarn
R 01 : 6sc in mr (6)
Change to light pink
R 02 : (Chain 3, 2sc on the chain starting
from the 2nd chain, 1slst in the next
st)*6 (12)

Cut the yarn and hide it in the back of the


flower. Make 12 with light yarn, 2 with bleu
yarn and 5 with pink yarn.

8- preparing the wire :
Cut a 20 cm piece of soft wire and twist it
from one side as shown in the pictures, this side
will be the pot side. The Other side will be the
flower side.
Cover the wire with green yarn leaving 5cm
of uncovered wire from the flower side. Tie a knot
at the end of both sides to secure the yarn.

9- leaf :
Use green yarn, chain 18 and start from the third stitch from the hook

st, 14dc, 1 inc-dc (36)
Cut the yarn and hide it inside.

Use dusty pink yarn

Cut the yarn and hide it inside
Cut a circle of cardboard (3 cm diameter) and glue it
inside the pot.
Glue the pot side of the wire inside the pot. You can
also put a small heavy object inside the pot to keep
the flowe in balance like a small rock.

10- Pot :
Pull up a loop of brown yarn in the first remaining
back loop of round 17, work the 1st stitch of the next
round in this stitch.

Cut the yarn, close the opening and hide the end
inside

11- Assemble :
Use pins to place the flowers on the heart. You
can either glue them to the heart or sew them,
either way go one by one without removing the
other flowers to make sure you don’t leave
holes in between. You can make flowers if you
want to cover the back of the heart too
Finishing piece :
Use dusty pink yarn, chain 5 and start from
the 2nd chain from the hook.

Cut the yarn leaving a Attaching the flowers with pins

Insert the wire inside the heart thru the small


hole in the bottom. Push it inside gently until
you see it poke from the top of the heart. Bend
the part of the wire that in poking out to
secure it. Glue or sew the finishing piece on top
of the wire to hide it. Inserting the wire

Use glue to attach the leaf to the stem
