Third Law
For every action, there is an equal
and opposite reaction.
Newton's Laws of Motion
First Law: Law of Inertia
It states that an object at rest remains at rest, while
an object in motion remains moving at a constant
velocity unless acted on by an unbalanced force.

Example Problem

Morana was sleeping peacefully on the table but she fell when
Kristian pushed her.

Morana Kristian pushed

initially at rest Morana and makes her
move

Morana Morana stops moving when

moving downward she landed on the floor
Newton's Laws of Motion
Second Law: Law of
Acceleration
It states that the acceleration of an object is directly
proportional to the net force acting on it, and
inversely proportional to its mass.

Example Problem

Morana needed more force to push the swing since her

cousin, Anne weighs 40 kg.

Swing initially at rest

Morana pushed the swing

strenuously and it move
Newton's Laws of Motion
Third Law: Law of Interaction
It states that for every action, there is an equal and
opposite reaction.

Example Problem

Anne is walking her dog outside. She started pulling her dog
when it became aggressively walking forward.
