second section states that 56 or 10.05% experience schedule conflict as a cause of
time management issues. In the third section, the data indicates that 70% of
respondents believe that cramming activities constitute the primary effect of inefficient
time use. Following closely, with a total of 42%, is the involvement of disrupted body
clocks, sharing the second rank. Regarding the third rank, feeling anxious emerges as
another potential effect of poor time management, totaling 40%. In the final section, it is
revealed that 61% of respondents chose focusing on priority and important tasks as the
most plausible solution to avoid inefficient time use. Ranking second, with 42% of
respondents, is the choice to avoid distractions. Lastly, for 41% of respondents, doing
the easiest tasks first and then proceeding to the harder ones ranks third.
In conclusion, the Torres High School survey reveals a diverse range of time
management tactics employed by pupils. Prioritizing critical activities, avoiding
distractions, and tackling simpler tasks first emerged as prominent strategies. These
findings underscore the importance of guiding students in developing effective time
management skills, emphasizing the need for support to overcome obstacles and
enhance overall productivity.
