As an Automobile Retail Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by
telephone to deliver information about vehicles, promotions, and services offered by the dealership.
Your primary goal is to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain a positive customer
relationship over the phone.
Responsibilities:
2. Introduce and explain various automobile models, features, and promotions offered by the
dealership.
4. Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives or further
discussions with sales representatives.
7. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, and assisting with inquiries or
redirecting calls to appropriate departments.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a
positive customer experience.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet set objectives.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge, inventory, pricing, and dealership policies to provide
accurate information to customers.
11. Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and
sales conversions.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions and data.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
