TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of Two ( 2) months to commence
on January 03, 2024 and to expire on March 02, 2024 , renewable for another period by mutual
agreement of the herein parties.
2. RENTAL RATE: The LESSEE shall pay to the LESSOR a monthly rental of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P
30,000.00 ) every 2 day of the month.
3. OFFICIAL RECEIPT: The LESSOR shall issue an Official Receipt (OR) every after the payment
of the LESSEE. OR should be named Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT: That upon signing of this Agreement, the LESSEE shall pay to the LESSOR
the sum of N/A (P N/A ) representing N/A (N/A) monthly
rentals. It is herein understood that the said security deposit shall not be applied to any
monthly rental but shall be refunded to the LESSEE upon the expiration of this Agreement
after deducting the cost and damages incurred, if any.
5. FINES AND VIOLATION: It is herein understood that during the entire duration of this
Agreement, the LESSEE is solely responsible and liable for any fines and violation involving
the vehicle.
6. MAINTENANCE: The LESSEE shall allow the LESSOR to inspect and maintain the vehicle at the
LESSOR’s account.
7. REGISTRATION OF VEHICLE: The LESSOR shall ensure that the vehicle is up to date in
registration with the Land Transportation Office and free of any liens and encumbrances.
8. DAMAGES: That during the entire duration of this Agreement, the LESSEE is solely responsible
and liable for any damages and accident incurred involving the vehicle.
9. LOSS OF VEHICLE: In case of theft, robbery, carnapping or any incident of unlawful taking of
the vehicle or any part hereof, the LESSEE agrees to pay the fair market value of the lost vehicle
or part hereof.
 10. INSPECTION: Both parties shall jointly inspect the condition of the vehicle before the release
to the LESSEE and before the return to the LESSOR.
11. TERMINATION: That the LESSEE may pre-terminate this Agreement for any reason; provided
that a ( ) days prior written notice shall be given to the LESSOR.
