The IBEX EZY TRIM PNEUMATIC is the ultimate in
Pneumatic Trimming systems in the market. At the heart
of the Pneumatic Trimming System is the IBEX Pneumatic
motor; precision built to ensure a maximum efficient use
of air to deliver high levels of power and speed.

S5000 BLADE SHARPENER
With easy operation and universal compatibility,
the S5000 Sharpener hones IBEX circular trimmer
Blades, enhancing Blade life and delivering a cleaner
cut for the IBEX Trimming System.

The S5000 is the superior alternative to current hand

stoning techniques for sharpening circular trimmer
Blades. With total Blade control during the grinding
process, the S5000 provides smooth consistent
sharpening, resulting in a razor-sharp edge.
With a single Magnetic Blade Holder, which
accommodates all Blade sizes*, the S5000 is an easy
to operate, low maintenance sharpening tool.

TRIMMER HEAD HONING DEVICE

Maintain razor-sharp edge during processing with the
Trimmer Head Honing Device. With the press of a button
the device removes the rolled edge on the inside so the
Blade is back to optimum performance.
The Honing Device is available as an option on the 90, 128
and 180 Trimmer Heads.

DEPTH GAUGE RANGE

Maximise your yields with a choice of Depth Gauges for
the 90 and 128 Trimmer Heads for precision cutting. Trim
just the right amount of product every time whether the
application is removing fat or skin.
The Depth Gauges are also available with
• Honing Devices to combine accurate cuts with the
benefit of maintaining a sharp edge
• In food grade metal detectable plastic
