**LEASE AGREEMENT**

This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on

occupants, furniture, and personal articles, and effects of any kind.

**9. Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.

**10. Entire Agreement:** This Agreement constitutes the entire

agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations,
understandings, and agreements between them.

**11. Amendments:** This Agreement may be amended only by a

further writing that is duly executed by both parties.
