I am passionate about helping others. I currently volunteer with several non-profit organizations
which has allowed me to learn the needs of migrant families and residents as well as the
resources provided by the government and local community. Getting involved in activities and
volunteering with them has helped me to learn about available resources. I have also gained
experience and skills to meet the needs of newcomers and new families. Furthermore, I am able
to deal with customers, resolving their complaints or requests in a kindly manner. My
qualifications include legal training, accounting, administration as well as projects, dealing with
both government and private companies. I am confident in my ability to operate computer
programs, customer service, maintenance of the database, monthly reports, and effective
customer service.
My work and academic background keep me interested in the ever-changing updates in
immigration laws. By staying informed, I am better able to guide families who are arriving as
migrants or help local residents with their needs.
For this reason, I am very interested in being part of your team, I know that my contributions
would harmonize very well with your goals and help build a great work team. My skills, training
and experience would help us achieve great things together.
