I have developed and honed strong interpersonal and managing skills throughout my time at Ministry of
National Guard Health Affairs as a Recruitment Specialist. I have recruited for and helped to manage
personnel involving constant collaboration and compromising with various personnel and people.
Furthermore, responding to a myriad of concerns and being able to troubleshoot problems from schedule
crises to instances of orderliness. All of these experiences have developed my ability to adapt quickly in
dealing with vast range of different people. An ability that will come in handy when I will be expected to
deal with.

In regards to this, I am aiming to apply for the Canadian Immigration Program. I am ready to acquire
a learning endeavor overseas to put my skills to better use and leverage my competencies.
