New firmware of IPC E9&E10 V5.7.10 bulid221212 have been released officially.

Main Updates
E9
• New fixed focus products: 3x21G2E series
1) Support DWDR
2) Support intrusion detection and line crossing detection
3) Not support third stream
• New fixed focus products:1x21/1x31 and corresponding HiLook products
1) Support DWDR
2) Not support Ezviz cloud, not support MJPEG encoding in sub stream, not support Hebrew OSD, please check the
corresponding SPEC to get more information
• New 2MP WI-FI fixed focus products
1) Low bit rate mode is enabled by default
2) Support 2-level cascade, NPQ, auto-matching, and associated mobile APP distribution
3) The WI-FI cameras can only be connected to HC by connecting the network cable
• Fixed iris support for anti-banding, RTCP switch, Smart264/265 on/off without rebooting
• Solve the problem that the WI-FI signal strength displayed on the Web is always lower compared with the real WI-FI

HikCentral Access Control V2.0.1

HikCentral Access Control V2.0.1 has been released officially.

Main Updates
• Full feature guidance when the user logs in to the system for the first time.
• On the dashboard, click the doughnut chart to go to the Person, Device, and System module to view details.
• On the dashboard, export the statistics in PDF format with the header included.
• Supports attendance management of up to 50,000 persons.
• Supports automatic refreshing of the attendance records after the applications for leave/overtime/check-in&out are
approved or rejected.
• Supports filtering attendance records and reports by resigned person.
• The Mobile Client is available for iOS 16.

Hik-Connect 5.1 has been already released officially.

Main Updates
General
• Supports transferring devices from Hik-Connect to HikCentral Connect.
• Supports configuring networks of DS-K1T502 series access control devices on Hik-Connect.
• Supports HF-VS409 series fisheye cameras with the smoke detection feature, and supports HF-S2HF-S2 series smoke
detectors.
• Supports wireless door stations.(DS-KV6113-WPE1(B), DS-KV6113-WPE1(C), DS-KV8113-WME1(B), DS-KV8113-
WME1(C), DS-KV8213-WME1(B), DS-KV8213-WME1(C), DS-KV8413-WME1(B), and DS-KV8413-WME1(C)).
• Supports DS-K1T321 series MinMoe access control devices.
Share Device via QR Code
• Supports batch sharing devices via QR codes.
• Now recipients only need to scan the QR code to accept the device (In previous versions, after a recipient accepts a
device, the sharer still need to double confirm the sharing details). Once a recipient accepts the shared device, the
sharer will be notified.
• Supports temporary QR codes which are valid for 5 minutes.
• Supports long-term QR codes to share the same devices and permissions again in the future. Supports setting validity
periods and maximum recipients for long-term QR codes.
• Supports viewing, editing previous QR codes and deleting them. When you delete a QR code,
• you can choose whether to maintain the access to the device(s) for the recipients.
Security Panel and Peripherals
• When an AX PRO emergency alarm is triggered through the panic button in Hik-Connect, the coordinates of the mobile
phone with the trigger time can be sent to all users and the ARC. You can click the coordinate information and select a
Map APP to view the location of the coordinate on a map.

How to use Stay Arming Function

Document introduction
Stay Arming: Tap to stay arm all areas. When the people stays inside the detection area, turn on the
Stay mode to arm all the perimeter burglary detection (such as perimeter detector, magnetic
contacts, curtain detector in the balcony) set in all the zones of all areas. At the meantime, the
detectors inside the detection area are bypassed (such as PIR detectors). People can move inside
the area and alarm will not trigger.

Preparation in advance

How to configure
Step 1: Enable Stay Arm bypass Function in Detectors
Step 2: Enable Stay Arm Mode in Hik-Connect

For example, there are three detectors in the customer's Area1: Zone1, Zone2, Zone3, Zone4, if the
customer only wants zone1 not working in the Stay Arming state, which is in the bypass state, it will
not trigger. He only need to enable "stay arm bypass" in Zone1 configuration page.

How to use LCD Keypad & LED Keypad Chime Indication Function

Document introduction
LCD Keypad or LED Keypad Chime Function: detectors enable Chime Function and they are trigger
when the Alarm system is disarm, LCD Keypad or LED Keypad will make a chime sounder like
dingdong to make a reminder.

Preparation in advance
DS-PWA Series AX PRO Wireless Security Control Panel
Newest Firmware:
- LCD Keypad (V1.0.3) supports Chime Function
- LED Keypad (V1.7.0) supports Chime Function
- For LED Keypad supports remote upgrade only when the version is higher than 1.1.256

Specific operations:

Question 1 - Are AX HUB and AX Pro detectors compatible with each other?

Answer:
No. The first generation of wireless alarm products AX HUB and the second generation of wireless
alarm products AX Pro are not compatible.

Question 2 - What is the difference between “and” and “or” mode in public zone arming process?

Answer:
In our new version V1.2.8:
The arming mode supports “and” and “or” mode.
When you choose “and” mode, it means the public area is armed only all zones in this area are
armed, but if one zone in this area is disarm, it’s disarm;
When you choose “or” mode, it means only one zone in this area is armed the public area is
armed, but all zones in this area is disarm, it’s disarm;

Question 3 - For AX Pro, Could I get phone call when alarm is trigger?

Answer:
For our AX Pro Alarm system, we supports the phone call when alarm is trigger. you need to make
configuration in the Hik-connect APP: Communication Parameters --- Push Notification --- Phone
Call and SMS --- Add Phone Number -- Phone Call.
