01 New Firmware / Software Release

26T Series Controller V1.1.0_build230427

K260XT series controller has released new firmware V1.1.0_build230427 supports connecting with K1109 series card reader.

Main Updates
• Support connecting with DS-K1109 series card reader.
• Support lock door when door closed when connecting with port 80
• Support customize ID of wiegand card reader interface (need to setup via SDKdemo). By default reader ID of 4 wiegand
interface of K2604 is 1,3,5,7. Now it supports to customize reader ID of each wiegand interface
• Support non anti-passback period when connecting with port 80, anti-passback record will be cleared when non anti-
passback period begin
• Device log will be cleared after restore

Indoor Stations Firmware V2.2.20_build230601

Firmware V2.2.20_build230601 of Indoor Station DS-KH6320-LE1(B)/KH6350/KH6351/KH6360 and DS-KH6320/8350/8520

Series has been released.

Main Updates
• Add 13 languages (Lietuvių, Eesti, Latviešu, Norsk, Dansk, Slovensk, ,‫ ִעב ְִרית‬svenska, Suomi, 繁体中文, Монгол,
Қазақстан, O'zbekcha)
• Indoor extension support 16 (was 5 in previous version)
• After adding indoor station to Hik-Connect, we can edit main door station name (sub door station will be supported in
future)
• Support self-defined indoor station name on the main screen, there are 3 option: display room No., Room name or do
not display, by default it's room No.

How to activate license online or offline

While you get start to use Hikcentral Professional, you need to activate the license firstly. Here are
how to activate license online or offline.

Method A: Online Activation - If HCP server can connect to WAN, then you can choose Online
Activation.
1. Login to Hikcentral Professional and click “Activate License”.

2. Copy the activation code.

3. Choose “Online Activation”, enter the activation code and activate.

Method B: Offline Activation - If HCP server can’t connect to WAN, then you can choose Offline
Activation. The first two steps are as same as Method A.

3. Choose “Offline Activation”, enter the activation code and generate request file.

4. Select the activationrequestfile on Hikvision License Activation and submit, you will get a file.

5. Import the file, and click ‘Activate’.

Question 1 - Is the HCP client and streaming server supported to be installed on the virtual
machine?
Answer:
Not supported.

Question 2 - Client login prompts BeeNet error, what is going on?

Answer:
1. Check whether the address and port filled in by the client are correct.

2. Check whether the firewall is turned on and whether the port in and out rules had been set
when it is turned on.
3. Whether the network is connected between the client and the HCP server.

Question 3 - How to upgrade HCP from version below 1.4 to version 2.x?
Answer:
First upgrade to version 1.7 and then upgrade to 2.x. Please make a backup before upgrading.
