Subject: Capacity Building Workshop on Remodeled Structure of Assessment for Teachers - reg.

Dear Principal,

It is to inform that Amity International School has been selected as venue for Capacity Building
workshop on Remodeled Structure of Assessment. Through this program we will focus on integrating
learning and teaching process. In view of this, you are requested to depute suitable number of teachers
who are willing to participate in the aforementioned Capacity Building workshop. The training details are:

Key features of the Capacity Building:

 The fee for this workshop is Rs. 1,000/- per participant which will be in the form of a Demand Draft in
favour of “Secretary, CBSE” payable at Allahabad, UP from Nationalized Bank only.
 The participants will be offered veg. refreshment and working lunch.
 No TA/ DA will be paid by the Board to participants for attending this training programme.
 After completing the training workshop, the participants would be awarded a certificate.
 It is mandatory for all schools to ensure that their teachers are trained by CBSE.
 The participant will be considered as certified trainer only if he/she attends the workshop as per the
schedule prepared for the training. Any participant, who doesn't attend the training programme full
time / as per schedule, will not be awarded any certificate and the registration fee will not be refunded.

The Board will appreciate it greatly if you could send us the list of teachers who would be attending the
workshop from your school.

Note: The Demand Draft will be carried by participant and must be deposited at the Venue. The
particulars of the participant & his/her school with mobile number should be mentioned at the
back side of the Demand Draft.
