Re Inaccuracy in furnishings to the Consumer Reporting Agencies

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL

NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT
Dear Mr.Gauddreau or Senior Supervisor, July
20, 2023
On June 27, 2023 I pulled my consumer report and found a few inaccuracies in information that your
agency has furnished to EQUIFX, EXPERIAN, AND TRANSUNION, (which are attached as
exhibits a, b, and c) also a few FCRA violations. There are 3 different furnishings from your agency
which seems to be fraudulent to me.
Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to The Fair Credit Practices Act, 15
USC 1692g stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested.

b)DISPUTED DEBTS
If the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period
described in subsection (a) that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, or that
the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor,
the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion
thereof, until the debt collector obtains verification of the debt or a copy of a
judgment, or the name and address of the original creditor, and a copy of such
verification or judgment, or name and address of the original creditor, is mailed to
the consumer by the debt collector. Collection activities and communications that
do not otherwise violate this subchapter may continue during the 30-day period
referred to in subsection (a) unless the consumer has notified the debt collector in
writing that the debt, or any portion of the debt, is disputed or that
the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor. Any
collection activities and communication during the 30-day period may not
overshadow or be inconsistent with the disclosure of the consumer’s right to
dispute the debt or request the name and address of the original creditor.
This is not a request for “ verification” or proof of my mailing address, but a
request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I
restfully request your offices provide me with the competent evidence that I have
any legal obligation to pay you.
At this time, I will also inform you that IF YOUR OFFICES have reported invalidated
information to any of the three major Consumer Reporting Agencies this action
may constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any
mark is found on any of my Consumer Reports by your company or the company
you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you and your company
for the following: Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 0.
Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Defamation of Character.
Exhibit A was furnished by Bridgecrest to EXPERIAN states that the status of this account. Is
REPOSSION AND Written off. AS OF NOVEMBER 2022 AND CHARGED OFF AS OF MAY
2022 . Exhibit B is to EQUIFAX you furnished that as of JUNE, 2022 it was A CHARGE OFF
AND INVOLUNTARY REPOSSESION AS OF NOVEMBER 2022 Exhibit C is TransUnion you
FURNISHED REPOSESSION AS OF November 2022. IT CLEARLY STATES IN THE I.R.S.
2022 PUBLICATIONS THAT YOU MUST File a 1099C and SEND ME A COPY OF THE 1099 C
BEFORE JANUARY 31,2023 TO FILE ON MY 1040 AFTER YOU CHARGED OFF IN MAY
2022. I did not receive one. THUS BECOMING INCOME IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN
FURNISHED TO THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES. THIS IS ALSO SAID TO BE
WRITTEN OFF WHICH MEANS IT WAS SATISFIED YET STILL YOU ARE FURNISHING
THIS INACCURATE INFORMATION ILLEGALY. 15 USC 1681 E
