Periodic/Weekly Tests are compulsory for all students of classes Ill to Xil. Satisfactory written explanation for absence has to be given or a medical certificate to be submitted to the class teacher, failing which a student will be marked zero in that test. However a child who is ill should not be sent for the Periodic/Weekly test. 2.
