Job Description: Territory Business Head (Strategy, Branding & Sales)

This role demands a passionate and mesmerizing public speaker, an influencer par excellence, a
counselor of sorts, a change maker by potential, and a trendsetter by attitude. You should be able to
sculpt and navigate through the avenues of competition in your territory, establishing complete
supremacy of FIITJEE with a clear distinction. You should be able to win over key influencers in your
territory and make them FIITJEE ambassadors. You are a business leader with an astute sense of
profitability, an insatiable appetite for excellence, and optimizing operations.

Your role shall encompass FIITJEE’s growth in driving enrolment and in new market development
through innovative outreach initiatives, diversification of business in furtherance of corporate
initiatives, and deep market penetration.

As an individual contributor, you will help your center to achieve promising EBITDA targets in line with
the projected growth outlook. Achievement and maintenance of a very high customer satisfaction
score is expected from you. The bottom line entails dominating results in your territory through
strategic acquisition of talent thereby giving a boost to brand FIITJEE.

should be able to lead transformative seminars for students and parents.
• You must possess a comprehensive understanding of competitive & scholastic exams like Jr.
Olympiads, NTSE, all Sr. Olympiads, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, CUET, BITSAT.
• You are an infectious communicator of hypnotic order.
• You are a growth freak who incessantly devises winning strategies for business.
• You act compulsively to constantly boost FIITJEE’s brand image and positioning.

Remuneration/Annual Compensation (INR):

• Fixed Component : 0.20 cr - 0.30 cr*


• Variable component (Performance Linked) : 5 L – 10L

* The compensation will vary as per the profile/capability/performance

Selection Process:

• Assignment Presentation followed by Personal Interview
