Job Description:
• Drive Sales & Target Achievement (Self and Team)
• Partnership & key Account Management

K ey Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Owns sales targets for assigned relationships and location.


• Manage sales and relationships of assigned partnerships and drive them to
deliver on agreed business plan and overachieve them on number of new
customers, topline, value and volume penetrations. Find new opportunities to
increase business with such partners.
• Conduct regular and need based training for channel partner and help them
perform well on BFHL Products, support them with joint field work.
• Effectively drives R&R and incentives to enhance participation and increase
productivity of channel sales team and drive partnership’s business objectives.
• Stakeholder management, process and compliance adherence in assigned
geography.
• Tracks competition in the assigned territory and share continuation feedback
with his superiors.

Pr eferred Qualification:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute with 1-2 years of work
experience or fresher
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added
advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and
data analytics skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
