DESCRIPTION
IGene Labserves’s team is looking to hire an Area Sales Executive. This position directly contributes to generating
high quality business potential customers, and involves an array of tasks aligned to not only generating sales for the
company but ensuring high customer retention.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 Knowledge of business and thirst for learning new tools and techniques to improve themselves
 Having at least 1 year experience in sales is preferable; Freshers are welcome to apply
 Well-honed research skills and the ability to uncover unique insights.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 Must be open to travelling as and when required PAN India for sales related activities.
 Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
 Team Player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating leads and approaching prospects like reputed Govt. Institutions, hospitals etc.
• Initiating discussion , demonstration of equipment & conclusions of sales .
• Dealing with scientists , purchase departments for negotiations and orders .
• Maintain sales activity records , analyze and prepare sales reports , strategies etc.
• Participate in sales events and coordinates with principals
• Co- Ordinates with service teams & Support for installation after sales service
• Maintain regular telephonic contact with end users.
• Reporting to Zonal Sales Managers on a regular basis
• Aim to monthly/annual sales targets for the group
• Set up meetings physical or telephonic with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Annual CTC – 4.2 Lakhs (Fixed + Variable with allowances )
