JOB DESCRIPTION
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound
cold calls and emails.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
• Understand customer’s needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
development and closure.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned
territory.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Data Management and Reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
and social media.
• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services.
• Create frequents reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objection.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
