The concept of transformation can be applied to various entities: relationships,
individuals, groups, teams, communities, or political systems.
Individual transformation is the key to have a positive influence to others.
Rational transformation begins with consciousness. It is the consciousness of the
relation itself that is sought in this case—not just having two conscious individuals in a
relationship.
Transformational leadership is a leadership style that can inspire positive changes in
those who follow. Transformational leadership is consciousness at the level of self,
relationships, and the enterprise, a challenging task in itself.
Fortunately, producing higher levels of consciousness within the individual and the group
is a key leverage area for producing transformation, so the work with self and in
relation to others is often worth the effort.
