BIBLE REFLECTION GUIDE

1.Start with the sign of the cross.

3. Read the Sunday Gospel for the first time.

4. Silence (2 minutes).

5. Read the Sunday Gospel for the second time.

6. Sharing of significant words or phrases that struck you.

7. Read the Sunday Gospel for the third time.

8. Sharing proper. When someone is sharing please listen. To the sharer please use
personal pronouns. Do not give advices.

9. Silence.

10. Intentions. At this point you may mention personal intentions such as death of a loved
one, good health, safe travel, finances. The group may use the usual: Lord, hear or prayer.

11. Pray the Our Father.

12. Closing Prayer and/or Song.

13. End with the Sign of the Cross.
