May I request to conduct screening for our exclusive GYMNASTICS CLUB in

our school. The purpose are as follows:

 Prepare the SNES gymnast for the Palarong Bicol 2024

 A year round training/practice will be conducted during weekends
 Equip the athletes enough time to the changing guidelines of the
PALARONG PAMBANSA and other Competitions under gymnastics.
 The target gymnasts preferably are from Kinder to Grade 3

The screening will start on March 3, 2023 during their MAPEH time.

The Iriga City Gymnastics Team Management would like to ask

permission from your good office to held its training at Naga City Gymnasium as
center of Naga City Gymnastics Club. We decided to have its training out-of-town
due to the reason that the center is well equipped with the apparatus and
equipment’s appropriate for the said training, and foster partnership with Naga
City Gymnastics Club. It will be done every Saturdays and Sundays of March from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With 3 pupil athletes and 1 teacher chaperone. Expenses
incurred will be shouldered by the parents as well as parental consent be secured.
