Accomplishment Report
Crafting of the School Improvement Plan/Development Plan
S.Y. 2016-2019

RATIONALE:

All schools want their pupils to succeed. But schools only make a lasting difference
when they focus on specific goals and strategies for change. School improvement planning
is a process through which schools set goals for improvement and make decisions about
how and when these will be achieved.

A school improvement plan is a road map that set out the changes school needs to
make to improve the level of student achievement and show when these changes will be
made.

A strategic plan helps a school define what it intends to achieve when it comes to
their student success objectives and organizational goals. A combination of good planning
and communication will ensure that all stakeholders including parents, teachers, principal
and community are all striving for the same goals. Successful strategic plan
implementation requires proper management of budgetary and time resources, the
creation of high-output teams and the consistent monitoring of all progress.

PLANNING PROPER

Last April 4, 2016 the SES School Planning Team headed by Ms. Josephine C.
Buan, the school head, convened to formulate the SIP for SY 2016-2019 after a through
selection and organization of the School Planning Team.

The said meeting tackled the following the importance of SIP/AIP, Purpose of the
SIP, Roles and Responsibilities of the stakeholders.

The School Planning Team collaboratively formulated the objectives based from the
data gathered. The SPT created project team for each identified priority improvement
area. Each team is expected to work collaboratively to achieve the desired objectives with
the full support and leadership of the principal.

RATIONALE:

PLANNING PROPER:

Last July 18, 2019, the SES School-Community Planning Team headed by Madam
Zeny S. Caturla, the principal, convened to formulate the ESIP for SY 2019-2022 after a
thorough selection and organization of School-Community Planning Team.

An orientation followed by vision sharing and scheduling of activities were the


highlights of the assembly. With utilization and aid of the Community Profile/Data
template and the School Profile/Data template and the School Report Cards, the data
needed were collected and analyzed.

The School-Community Planning Team collaboratively formulated the objective


based from the data gathered. The SCPT created project team for each identified priority
improvement area. Each team is expected to work collaboratively to achieve the desired
objectives with the full support and leadership of the principal.

I. OPENING PRAYER

A prayer which was led by Mr. Adelina S. Ocampo, Grade One Teacher,
opened the meeting.

II. PRINCIPAL’S HOUR

SES School-Community Planning Team headed by Mrs. Zeny S. Caturla, the


principal, convened to formulate the ESIP for SY 2019-2022 after a thorough
selection and organization of School-Community Planning Team.

The Enhanced School Improvement Plan is a comprehension overview of the


major priorities to which a school staff is dedicated for at least three years. It
describes areas which the school will focus and which it will commit its success.

An orientation followed by vision sharing and scheduling of activities were


the highlights of the assembly

*Data needed were collected and analyzed
* The timetable for the ESIP was also designed

III. CONCLUSION

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered by and between.

SIŇURA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL on education institution duly organized and


existing under the Department of Education (DepEd) Porac East District, represented
herein by Mrs. Zeny S. Caturla, Principal I.

The SCHOOL-COMMUNITY PLANNING TEAM of Siňura Elementary School in


re: Formulation of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) S.Y. 2019-2022.

WITHNESSETH THAT

WHEREAS: THE SCHOOL-COMMUNITY PLANNING TEAM in exercise of its


corporate responsibility that promotes collaboratively developed, prepared and duly
signed the Three year Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) S.Y. 2019-2022 of
Siňura Elementary School.

WHEREAS: Pursuant to the School-Community Planning Team plays vital role in


improving the school. The biggest source of funding comes from donors LGU and
others which provide a great help in school projects and innovations.

SECTION 1

1. The School-Community Planning Team and the school shall have established a
partnership under the ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN.

SECTION 2

1. As part of partnership, the School-Community Planning Team and school agree


to undertake the following activities.

A. The School and School-Community Planning Team shall


 The School undertake to re: Formulation of the Enhanced School
Improvement Plan (ESIP) S.Y. 2019-2022.
 The School-Community Planning Team support in re: Formulation of the
Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) S.Y. 2019-2022.
 Provide a great help in school projects and innovations.
 Take responsibility of pupils need and welfare.

ENHANCEMENT OF THE ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT
PLAN
S.Y. 2019-2022

RATIONALE:

All schools want their students to succeed. But schools can only make a lasting difference
when they focus on specific goals and strategies for change. Enhanced school improvement
planning is a process through which schools set goals for improvement and make decisions about
how and when these goals will be achieved.

A school improvement plan is a road map that sets out the changes a school needs to
make to improve the level of student achievement and shows how and when these changes will
be made.

A strategic plan helps a school define what it intends to achieve when it comes to their
student success objectives and organizational goals. A combination of good planning and
communication will ensure that all stakeholders including parents, teachers, administrators,
principals and community are all striving for the same goals. Successful strategic plan
implementation requires proper management of budgetary and time resources, the creation of
high-output teams and the consistent monitoring of all progress.

PLANNING PROPER:

Last July 31, 2019, the SES School-Community Planning Team headed by Madam Zeny
S. Caturla, the principal, convened to formulate the ESIP for SY 2019-2022 after a thorough
selection and organization of School-Community Planning Team.

An orientation followed by vision sharing and scheduling of activities were the highlights
of the assembly. Discussing the importance of the ESIP, the data needed were collected and
analyzed, finally, the enhancement of the ESIP for the S.Y. 2019-2022.

The School-Community Planning Team work collaboratively for the enhancement of


the ESIP S.Y. 2019-2022 to achieve the desired objectives with the full support and leadership
of the principal.
