The Zamboanga National High School- West will conduct a CAREER FESTIVAL on
January 12-13, 2018. This is a two-day activity where all of our Grade 10 students will be
invited to participate and witness the different activities that will be showcased. Hence, as
one of our partners in giving quality information and career talk to our G10 students, we
have invited different institutions of Senior High School to advertise the tracks/strands
they offered.

In this connection, the undersigned would like to seek permission to allow us to

use the second floor classrooms of phase 1-2 and classrooms CL1 ground floor
for the different institutions of Senior High School to put-up their booth and other things
needed during the said event.

We are anticipating of your favourable response to this request. Your assistance

will surely benefit and make a difference in the lives of our G10 students.

In line with Deped Order No. 24 s. 2008 or otherwise known as the Institutionalization of the
Brigada Eskwela Program or the National School Maintenance Week, the administration and staff
of Zamboanga National High School West-Senior High School graciously and humbly
asking for your active participation and involvement in the above-mentioned program.

This is to inform you further that the National Schools Maintenance Week will start
on May 30, 2016 and end on June 4, 2016. We have activities that had earlier ahead of the
specified date due to the longer time frame those activities will be done or accomplished.

Knowing your keen interest and deep concern for others and your unquestioned spirit of
volunteerism, we are sincerely inviting you to be part of this activity by sending your volunteer-
skilled workers on June 3, 2016 at ZNHS West-Senior High School Building at Baliwasan
Central School, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City. You may channel your manpower to the Resource
