    With the inauguration of the Local Government Council, the council has deemed it necessary to
    constitute a 5 Men Committee to review the Yearly Permit, ground rent and stores / stalls rent in Karim
    Lamido Local Government Area.
    In line with the above, therefore below is the newly reviewed /payment notice.
    1. KARIM LAMIDO TOWN, NEW AND OLD MARKET.
    i. New market store new rent =N 10,000=00
    ii. New market open stalls new rent =N 20,000 = 00
     Yearly permit negotiable
     Ground permit =N 5,000=00
    iii. Old market new store rent =N 30,000=00
     Ground rent new rent =N 5,000=00
     Yearly permit negotiable
    2. JEN TOWN.
