PN No 19/2023 and Office Order No 258/2023. 2) Seeking NOC of FSSAI. 3) For export of Pharma goods, raising queries despite NOC of ADC. 4) Rounds of Export clusters by ADC / JC (X). 5) Monitoring of consignments by ADC / JC, for which objections are raised by Docks officers. They should get cleared (NOC / provisional release or provisional assessment / BTT) in a reasonable time. 6) For excess cargo carted into CFS, which couldn't be stuffed in the container, penalty should be levied 7) Bonafide amendment should be carried without levying fine penalty
