1. Flour
2. Tapioca flour
3. Salt
4. Sugar
5. Garlic
6. Water
7. Egg
8. Tamarind
9. Brown sugar
10. Chili

WAYS OF MAKING =
Grind the garlic first. After it is smooth, bring the water to a boil, add the garlic
puree to the water that has been boiled or has boiled. Then add the flour gradually,
stir until there are no lumps and until the color changes to yellow. After that, let it sit
for 10 minutes then add 1 egg. Stir until evenly mixed and add the tapioca flour
gradually until it doesn’t stick. Shape the dough into an oval or slightly oval shape.
Beat 1 more egg then add it to the oval shaped dough and make a hole in the middle
to fill the dough with egg. After the dough has been shaped or finished, then boil water
to boil the pempek mixture. When the water has boiled, add the pempek and add a
little oil so it doesn’t stick. Once cooked or floats, lift and set aside. When it’s boiling
prepare a frying pan and oil heat it frist, once its hot, fry the pempek until golden
brown. If it is cooked, drain it first.
HOW TO MAKE CUKO PEMPEK SAUCE =
Grind the red chilies and small chilies first , once they are smooth , boil the water first .
After the water boils , add the chili puree and brown sugar , white sugar , salt and tamarind ,
if you have added everything , taste it first , then if the taste is right , strain it in a bowl ,
then cut the fried pempek into pieces , pour it with cuko sauce then serve.
