White Room Detox Course

Preface
In our modern world, with its relentless stimuli and incessant
distractions, it's increasingly difficult to find a moment of true
solace and self-reflection. We are often trapped in a cycle of
overstimulation, whether from technology, relationships, or
our day-to-day commitments. What if we could break away, if
only for a short time, and truly experience the quietude and
simplicity our souls might be craving?

This is where the white room kicks in. The white room is
facility in the fictional world of classroom of the elite, where
humans are nurtured to become perfect in the most optimal
environment.

This is environment eliminates procrastination, sloth, edging,

and drifting. So basically it’ll be a dopamine detox on steroids
with plus many more benefits.
Time To Dive Into The World of No Tech

Rules/Things To Set Up Before Going Into It (Pt 2)
10. Only allowed Music during workouts or walks

11. No technology allowed in your bedroom

Lastly for the people who want to go above and beyond. In your
room, remove all posters, all pictures and just have your bed only.

This forces you to leave your room first thing so you can go do
stuff, furthermore it allows you to be adaptable. (Although
extreme life’s not an anime but I like to do it)

Honestly if you have neon lights, anime posters everywhere.

Might as well take that shit down.
For example

It was said that ayanokoji’s room

Average Person’s Room seemed like no one lived in it
White Room Daily Salary System
In this challenge each day you wake up, you will have to make a mental note that you only have

For Mediation in the challenge, use the app “medito”

For Journaling, use this method: Gratitude — Write down three things that happened today that you are grateful for.
Gratitude is a powerful practice that helps you recognize and appreciate the good things in your life.

Good — Write down three things you did well today. Meaning, three things you did today that you are proud of. Ways that
you behaved “Stoically.”

Bad — Write down three things you could have done better. Where did you not behave the way you would like to. This can
be the difficult part of the Stoic journaling technique. But it’s a critical part of living an examined life.

Better — How can you do those things better in the future? What will you do differently the next time that situation
arises? This is how you start building an instruction manual for yourself on how to live a better life.

Reflect — Use this space for general reflection of your day. What was unique and special about today? What lesson did
you learn today? This is your space to write about whatever you wish.
