Reflecting about this Emotional Intelligence Course

People who use their emotional intelligence effectively are usually more
successful in life. This is because they manage themselves better and they get along
with other people much more easily compared to those who are easily emotionally
stressed.

Your emotional excellence is characterised by your ability to understand and

control your emotions, your motivation to succeed and excel in your
endeavours, to empathise with others, and to communicate effectively.
