after realizing the amount from auctioning the movable and

immovable properties of the Judgment Debtor the same be

paid to the Decree Holder.

3. Any other order(s) which this Ld. Court may deem fit and

proper, may also be passed in favour of the Decree Holder

and against the Judgment Debtor.

I Amarjeet Singh S/o Late S. Gurbachan Singh R/o 23/1-A, Tilak
Nagar, New Delhi – 110018, presently at New Delhi do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the Decree Holder in the above noted case and

fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of the suit
and am competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the accompanying Execution Petition has been drafted

by my counsel under my instruction and the same has been
explained and read over to me and I have understood the
same. The contents of the same may kindly be read as part
and parcel of this affidavit, which are not repeated herein for
the sake of brevity.
