15th day after shipment and to be opened before mentioning relative S/C Number.

（10）保险 由卖方按发票金额110%依中国人民保险公司条款投保 险。买方如需加其它险别和/或加保金额，须在卖方认可认，
加保费用均由买方负担。
（Insurance）: To be covered by the sellers for 110% of invoice value against risk(s) as per C.I.C. of the People's Insurance
Company of China, any additional insurance and / or coverage shall be subject to Sellers' approval and for Buyers'
account.

REMARS:
（1）买方应于上述规定时间内，开出本批交易的信用证，否则，卖方有权不经通知取消本确认书，或对因此而造成的一切损失，如延迟装运等
由买方负责。
The buyer shall open covering L/C before the above stipulated time, failing which the Sellers have the right to cancel
this S/C without any notice, or the Buyer shall be responsible for any loss thus incurred.
（2）品质数量异议：如买方提出索赔，凡属品质异议须于货到目的口岸之日起30天内提出；凡属数量异议须于货到口岸之日起5天内提
出。对于所装货物所呈任何异议由保险公司，轮船公司或其他有关机构或邮递机构所负责都，我方不负任何责任。
Quality/Quantity Discrepancy: In case of quality and/or quantity discrepancy of this goods, the buyer shall have the
right within 30 days and/or 15 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination to lodge claims. But shipping
company and/or insurance company and/or other carriage company are responsibility for those usual natural changes of quality
and quantity in transit and losses, the sellers don't any responsibility.
