The diagram demonstrates that there are several steps involved in the production
frozen fish pies. Fresh salmon, sauce, peas, and sliced potatoes are four key
ingredients and are cooked independently. The potatoes are cleaned, peeled, and
sliced into pieces after being delivered for up to a month. After being boiled, the
potato slices are chilled and kept in storage until needed. The preparation of the
fish requires more work than the preparation of the potatoes. Fresh salmon is
steamed with lemon juice and salt for no more than a half day of being delivered to
the factory. After that, the skin and bones are manually removed and inspected by
an inspection of the visual.

The pies are next put together and placed on microwave-safe plates. The prepared
peas and sauce are poured onto the fish, which makes cooked potato slices placed
on top of the fish. Once wrapped, the pies are frozen. At this time, they are set up
for transportation; as an alternative, they could be kept at the manufacturer until
being dispatched.
