The diagram shows the process of frozen fish pie production in the food industry.

Overall, the process consists of two main lines which are divided into potatoes and

fresh salmon section. Potatoes begin with cleaning process and end with storing or

dispatching to warehouses. In the meanwhile, fresh salmon starts with adding lemon

juice and ends with storing or dispatching to warehouses.

First of all, potatoes which can preserve up to one month, need to be washed for

the further stage. Next, the potatoes which are clean, will be peeled. Subsequently,

these potatoes will be sliced into small pieces. Following this, these pieces of potatoes

will be put into the high temperature of water in order to cook them. Then, these

cooked potatoes will be chill by setting them on the plate. Finally, these potatoes will

be store into plastic bags and wait for combining with fresh salmon.

The process of fresh salmon will be started with adding lemon juice and salt into

salmon that this process will spend 12 hours or less. Next, these salmon need to be put

into stream oven for further stage. Then, people who are responsible for the salmon,

will remove skins and bones of salmons. Subsequently, these remaining fresh salmon

will deliver to inspect. After finishing the part of conducing fresh salmon, staff need

to prepare peas and sauce for adding flavor. Then, staff will combine and wrap

potatoes and fresh salmon which are managed into several boxes and completely

become a fish pie. Finally, final product will be freeze for storing and dispatching into

warehouses.
