The diagram process indicates how to make smoked fish.

Overall, there are 13 steps, man-made, linear process. It begins with fish being caught from the sea
and finally, results are smoked fish being distributed to the fish stores.

Firstly, the fish are caught in big nets from the sea and then transported by boat back to the port.
When the boat come to the port, people stored fish and froze it. Once the fish are prepared to be
smoked, the first step is thawed out in freshwater, and next their heads are removed and cut into
acceptable pieces. Then the fish is dipped in salt water with yellow coloring before the fish are
smoked.

In the next stage, fish have been smoked, they are packaged into boxes, and then frozen at zero
degrees to preserve the taste, quality, and complete products. Lastly steps,in order to fish stores or
anywhere. The fish are kept in a cold store before it delivered by trucks to the fish store and ready to
sell for customers
