The diagram shows the small-scale production of smoked fish

The picture illustrates the process of minimal-scale manufacturing of smoked fish.

Overall, it is clear from the picture that there are 7 main steps in process, beginning with a fish in normal
area and finishing with delivering stage.

As can be seen from the diagram that after being released from water environment, the fishes are
brought to a place with salt water and kept in 30 minutes for the time to absorb the salt enough. Next,
they are boiled in a certain temperature and live in the hot area in 5 minutes. When reaching the
required temperature, the fishes are brought outside and dried.

Moving on the next stage, by smoking the fishes in the vast and wood, the fishes are lived in this
environment in 30 minutes. Following that, smoked fish are absorbed with yellow colouring and
packaged in the box. Finally, some box of smoked fish are delivered for the costumers to consume.
